[Resolved]  Figura Fashion / Figurafashion.com — Incompetent Company: Multiple Wrong Items Sent and Rude Customer Service

Ordering from this company is a HUGE mistake. We placed two separate orders with FiguraFashion.com and both orders were botched. On the first order (for many sarees for our Sangeet), they decided to send us their own interpretation of our order, ignoring the calls and emails we sent them with EXACT instructions. After we received these incorrect sarees we complained to them and they offered to send the correct order in time for our party. It was a lie: it never even shipped.

Unfortunately we had placed a second order before we received this bad first order. This time we had also given figurafashion many VERY specific emails and calls in regards to an outfit we needed. They agreed to the "custom" order. Instead of following our directions though, it looks like they picked something off their shelves that didn't even come close to what we directed them and then shipped it to us as is. The outfit wasn't even close to what we ordered. We were out at least 200 bucks just off of that second order, which they would not refund because they claimed it was "custom."

Of course we have had many long communications with figurafashion regarding these transactions and they have been shockingly rude. Their customer sales rep "Dev" has been sending us long emails about how they are right and we are wrong; trying to get a refund from these crooks is like wringing water from a stone.

The only thing we can do now is get the word out to others before they place orders with these incompetent villains. This is not a reputable business in the least. Highly recommended to avoid ordering here.

I love how you at figura keep going to all the places I have posted this same complaint, pretending in reply posts that you are members of the general public and that you disagree with the post. The funniest thing is that we all know it is you because your English is so bad. I love the part where you say "I can smell the intention." I mean, that is so funny I am tearing up as I write this.

Besides, when I got angry about the wrong orders you sent my wife you then also accused me of being a competitor of figura trying to damage your reputation. It is pure comedy.

You don't realize that every time you reply to these posts and write the word "figura" or "figura fashions" on the posts, it makes the pages come up easier in google searches, so that everyone can see how much people like me think you that you suck.

I have been posting the same complaints anywhere and everywhere I can because you cheated my wife out of more than $200. I will keep posting it everywhere and I am glad you are stupid enough to reply to them, so that at least a few more people on google will be able to see these complaints and how much people like us think you are dishonest crooks. So keep replying to this. Eventually these pages will come up before your own website on google searches for "figura" or "figura fashions." Go ahead: say figura and figura fashions a few more times when you reply with your bogus posts and your terrible English.

Dear readers,

Myself Jai from Figura. I'm here to defend our company and present the truth so that people should understand everything. Firstly, we always reply to the emails of the customer and secondly we never received any call from the customer. Delay in reply may be expected due to holidays or non-working days but the reply is sure. In above post 1 truth is mixed with 10 lies. The complaint came to us and it was forwarded to the concerned department to see the issue. We informed the customer that refund can't be done due to the company's policy but if he wants then we can REPLACE it. We also told him that if he wants then we can give a CREDIT NOTE which he can use anytime.We are ready to send him new dress for the replacement of the dress. He has not returned the dress too. He also admitted that the dress he got is excellent and the work is awesome and beautiful but he didn't want. The dress was made much better than the picture that he sent to us. The company has made no profit on the dress in the effort of making the dress very beautiful and when the cost of final product came, it was more than expected. We also offered him FREE SHIPPING. Thus, instead of bothering about the profit we sent the dress because we thought that if the customer is happy and satisfied then we'll automatically get more business.

We understand our customers and always ready to satify them. Why a company to spoil it's goodwill for mere $200. We had refund policy but we discontinued that because of some fake complains. We had some cases when people used the dresses and started asking for refund after a week or 15 days or a month by giving excuses that the dress was not fit bla bla. When we received those dresses and did the refunds we found food stain marks, odour, blunt borders etc. That dresses can't be resold. The management decided to discontinue the refund policy.

In the above case the customer started threating to us to spoil the company's goodwill be posting negetive. He also threaten us that he will register a domain similar to our company's name and will start posting negetive things there. We know that whether we do the refund or not the person will do what he want because the reason behind might be different. One can't be stopped by doing so but we know that our work and quality is the most important thing that really matters. If we have 1 this kind of customer then we also have 1000's of satisfied and happy customers. If we have 1 bad experinece then we also have 1000s of good experiences. We are ready to provide the evidence about the product quality and service. Anybody who have any doubt then he/she can directly talk to our existing customers to know their reality.

When i see this site i found many complaints about Big Companies. You can also see in the right hand side of this page. Every big to small company is there. You must be using many product or services of these companies. Do you think that all complaints are correct and companies are rude and not helping the customer?

Sometimes competitors also do these kind of this to spoil compan's reputation by posting negative things.

Here I only request all customers that if you have any doubt or query then contact to our company and ask for anything to cross check and then after you decide whether to deal with us or not.

The above post from "FiguraFashion" is a lie. Just like everything else they have told me. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They scammed my fiancee and the reason I have threatened to post negative reviews is because they have refused to amend their own mistakes. Rather than admit their mistakes and issue a refund they have chosen to lie to me repeatedly and are now lying to others. In the United States this kind of "business" would be reportable to the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately these guys are not regulated by anyone, and so all I can do is let as many people as possible know about this so that they cannot get away with this. Check this site. There are other claims against these clowns.

AGAIN DISAGREE WITH THE ABOVE POST

Figura is not a scammed company. We are not hiding anything that's why we are here to give the replies and put the truth. A scammed company will run away after taking your money without sending the ordered products. We have evidences that we have offer our customer for RETURN and REPLACEMENT without any trouble. We have 2-5 cases where the customer has asked for RETURN and REPLACEMENT. We have evidences where we have accepted a very heavy dress and send a new dress to the customer. You'll not find a single company who will accept refund. Even if we buy things from a local store or shopping mall they will not accpet REFUND. Many of them even not entertain EXCHANGE or RETURN. We never have had complain with the QUALITY or SERVICE. Even the above customer will not deny the fact. We have given him 8 silk sarees for just USD 128 including the shipping cost. Can anybody think of that? It was not our product and was purchased from a local supplier. Will the local supplier will take the sarees back? There is no chance of bad quality product or defective product becasue we check it twice before sending the things. A common reason for return was of size problem that we solved by providing triple stitching from inside with leaving enough extra inches fabric for future alterations. Now we don't have measurement or size problem too. We give free customization and rectification facility. Our customer care service is always appreciated by the customers for instant replies and support.

The above customer should let the people know his/her name instead of writing 'JMC' or 'Scammed FiguraFashion Customer'.

We are confident about our QUALITY PRODUCTS and SERVICES. We have our customers support and will have more in future.

We welcome every customer for any query. We assure our customers that there doubts will be cleared with evidences. That's what we want to say here.

We would like to inform you all that the above customer is fake. We don't have any customer named TANYA. No records found for this name. This proves that our competitors are afraid o[censored]s and posting fake negative reviews.

They should concentrate on their quality and prices instead of doing this kind of cheap things. Sales or business depands upon the quality and they have to improve the quality of outfits and charge reasonable price to the customers instead of attacking on FIGURA FASHION.

If you can do these two things then you'll also get business.

I have seen the same post everywhere. You seems to figura fashions competitor. I'm planning to buy some dresses from them but before i placed the order I found this post at some other website. I was afraid to order but now i have seen the same post everywhere. It means that somebody intentionally wants to damage the business of figura. I can smell that intention. I have you have lots of free time and your only work is to post comments and complaints. Now, i will surely place my order with figura. Every where the same person 'JMC 'has posted the complaints. Hummm...

I found many shocking and bogus or fake complaints posted on various sites about figura fashion. Why i'm saying so because the same complaints are copy and pasted by a single person everywhere. Whoever is doing that is very bad. That single person is spreading wrong message among the people about figura fashion. I hope figura guys are aware of that. They should do something against these pranks.

Figura Fashion ripped off my wife for over $200. Adding insult to injury, they told us many lies to cover up for their own incompetence and ill intention. It is just not worth it to deal with a company that is completely unregulated and completely unaccountable for anything they decide to do. We learned a harsh lesson. My wife feels awful about making the mistake of ordering here, and we will do whatever it takes to get the word out about these jerks.

I am in the US and I don't care about Figura's competitors. The only thing that matters is that we can prevent someone else from making the same mistake of ordering from these crooks.

Figura fashion does not deserve more business. I have seen similar posts on the internet regarding these guys pulling the same stunts with other people. It's a huge mistake to order from these guys.

When I ordered, there were so reassuring that it will be exactly like the photo. Out of 5 dresses, I only asked to customise 2 dresses and the rest were to be like their own pics. I sent them drawings by a designer, the photo as well as a swatch for colour! What a mistake that was. It took over 2 months to arrive. They refused to give any shipping tracking number until I actually called them up. NONE of the dresses looked anything like the picture, the kaaj was so ugly and tacky and made so cheaply with beads. The design didn't even resemble the photos. The material was definitely not raw silk and the colour gave me a heart attack. This was all to wear to a wedding so I panicked and called them up. At first they didn't have a bar of it. They tried to tell me it did look like the photos – I have eyes! Then after a lot of screaming they said they will send a replacement. What a got after one month (they kept lying saying it was sent) was the same ugly kaaj and two of the three promised replacements weren't even there. I have called and emailed to ask "WTF" but no response. I am so distraught over completely wasting my money. I have had to spend that amount again to buy another outfit but this time I went to the real designer who charged me not much more. To everyone, DON'T EVEN THINK OF ORDERING FROM THESE GUYS. I am not a competitor, I have nothing to do with the clothing industry. You can email me if you are uncertain but these guys ARE HORRIBLE. CHEATS, DISHONEST, LIARS...SCUM BAGS who shouldn't be allowed to run a business.

HI Everyone,

I am currently dealing with FIGURA FASHION and its nothing but a headache. I ordered the dress for an event and they only emailed me in the beginning for the payment and after that nothing. I wrote more then 60 emails and not one reply. I just called and spoke to Ragu. He tells me my dress wil be dispatched in few days, whereas, I received an email from "[protected]@figura" telling me on JUNE 16 that my dress has been sent. I received no tracking number and I am worried. Its been more then a month and their website stays that it should take up to 15 days to make and 3 days to receive. LIARS!

I get no reply after that last message from them on JUNE 15th. I am tired and stressed and I paid $360 for my dress. I work very hard for this money and cant even get to enjoy it peacefully.

Sorry I wanna correct myself from the previous complaint I wrote. I shouldn't said they never replied. As you can tell they did but AFTER that last email..."it's ready for dispatch. You'll get it in 3 days" they never replied to any one of my emails. Also, NO TRACKING number was provided. They think we are retarted and can't tell that they are harrible. Some people might get lucky with their orders but most people don't. If you google complains about Figura Fashion there are so many blogs and people bad mouthing them.

Figura can send as many people to write and defend them in these blogs but word of mouth still gets around. I love their dresses no doubt but I rather order from a place where I won't have to go through this stress then to order from FIGURA!

People please understand to make a business work, customer service is big. Especially if you want to get more business and stop cheating people off their time, money, and mental health.

Did you get the outfit??
I got my outfit on time as promised. my dress didn't exactly look like the one i ordered but I still looked the most glamorous at the wedding that I wore it for. Although I will never order from Figura, I don't want to worry about if I would receive the dress in time or if the quality would be good or if i would actually receive anything. It's best that you don't order from Figura because it will definitely not look like the one from the picture. Save yourself the heartache and order from Rupali, Diya or suitsmeonline or even better go to the shop so you know what your getting. Message me if you would like to see my dress and compare. Also I gaved them a nots so great review on their website but its clear that they wont put that up. So Beware because they put the bad reviews on their website.

This is Shahida. And this is a message to Jai. If your statements about customer service from figura is excellent, then why are there so many complaits made?? Yes at the beginning stage of finding out about the outfits, and how to go about ordering the outfit sales did respond. But once the payment went through, and the outfit was in the process, i'v probly received only two emails saying that it has been dispatched(i have email on the), and i will recieve it in a weeks time, which i was actually pleased about, but then it never arrived. Also if you were using a leading courier company i.e FedEX, DHL, they would of given you a Tracking Number for the delivery, which you did not provide. I then chased it up when i didnt recieve the good, via Email, aswell as Telephoning which i dont know wether it is a bogus number, when no one actually picks up EVER... i have been trying to contact you for the last two weeks, and i dont have no answer to what is happening. Can you explain to me Why???

I don't know what to say but am feeling very upset even more reading all the comments, as my problem has not been resolved yet!t, I ordered a sari lengha and it looked nothing like the photo the embroidery and material are look tacky and cheap the sari should have been stiched and I have received it un-stiched very upsetting when you spend alot of money and give your trust to them. I can not bare to look at the sari and have lost count on the number of emails i have sent. The last I heard from them was on 18/09/2010 stating my email is sent to the concerned department! I have since sent an email every day no answer as yet. First time i ordered an asian outfit on line never again, this site should be blocked as it sound like we have all had similar experiences
TO JAI IN FIGURA!!!

It is now been over 2 and half months since I placed my order of 6 dresses with Figura costing $1733 AUD. I am a returning customer and had previously order 4 dresses costing $1400 AUD!!

I was very satisfied with Figura’s customer service and quality of work with my previous order and hence with confidence ordered 6 more dresses.

I have made numerous calls and numerous emails in regards to enquiring about my current order which I had placed for Eid which is tomorrow and my brothers wedding which is next week. I have not received a proper reply. Last week I received an email advising that it is ready for dispatch however I still have not got advise that it has been sent or a tracking number!!

I have spent all my money that I had budgeted into these two events with placing my order with Figura. After receiving this order my mum, sister and cousins are going to place there order.

I had received an email 1 month ago that 3 of the dresses had been rejected by the quality control and are being remade on a priority basis within 10 days. It is now over 1 month since I got that email.

Can you please advise when I am going to receive my order? When it is going to be dispatched? What is the tracking number?
