[Resolved] FIITJEE Ltd. — Denial from refund of fee after withdrewing their services. | |
My son, Aakash kapoor had started taking IIT entrance coaching from FIITJEE ltd. under their two-year classroom program for the session[protected]. We had paid a lump sum fee od Rs.1,25,000 to the firm as per their demand for the complete time-period. My son,however, wasn't comfortable with the fiitjee environment and hence, we decided to discontinue the classes.The Fiitjee people, however, have denied any refund of fees for whatever matter.So, this complaint is being made against them in account of the formentioned subject. FIITJEE Kolkata centre just a collection centre for money. Having worst faculty in their payroll.Only by delaying tricks they are doing their business.At the time of admission they promise a lot but afterwards they just ignore everything. The faculties are not even adequate qualification to teach. I have a bitter experience. Donot get admission atleast Kolkata centre please.

sir, faculty capability(judgement) depends upon the catching power of the student, and also the acceptance quality of the student.if the student is lacking those qualities, an IITan also could not teach your child despite having adequate knowledge.
moreover, a teacher/faculty's quality is not judged by one single student/guardian.
I think you should concentrate on providing your child with proper educational supplement else his talent might be lost.
