[Resolved]  Fine India — Money Refund

I have invested Rs. 10, 000/- on June-2009 for two months only. But till date I haven't able to receive my refund. How can I receive my amount ???? Please help me. I have invested in this company by receiving details from agents and also I have go through their website and legal documents as they have shown in thier website..

I THINK INDIAN GOVT. POLICIES ARE IN FAVOUR OF THESE FROUDES BECASE WHEN THE INVESTER CLAIMED THESE PEOPLE GOES TO COURT AND MATTER IS GOING ON AND ON..., SO MY SUGGESTION TO INDIAN GOVT TAKE THE CRIMNAL CHARGES TO ALL THE COMPANY .I READ THE FINE INDIA SITE THERE IS CLEARLY SHOWN THAT IF THE INVESTER WANTS TO WIDHDROWN I AGREE BUT INVESTER GOSE TO THE WIDHDROWN OPTION THEY SAY CASE IS PENDING .SO THEY ARE CHEETER AND WILL BE PUNISHED BY PEOPLES AS WELL AS GOVT.
