[Resolved]  First Flight Courier Service — Consignment not received

Hi,

My parcel pin number is PEPIDF2343. I have still not received it. I enquired with my family for such parcel and they have not received any such first flight courier on my name.

I need the complete details of the status of this parcel delivery.

Please consider this as very urgent.

My consignment number is G[protected] . The onliine status says that it has been delivered on[protected] but I have still not received it. I enquired with my company mail room and they have not received any such first flight courier on my name.

I need the complete details of the status of this consignment. Who delivered it and who received it if at all it was delivered.

my consignment no a12380719 was booked from Hyderabad on 11/06/2009 to Puttur, DK, Karnataka.When I didn't receive it till 15th I checked status on line and found that it is pending delivery at Tirupati! When I complained to the booking office only it was rerouted to Mangalore thru Bangalore on 17 th and reached me on 18th only.It contained a certificate for my son's admission which was delayed due to First Flight's careless attitude.They booked it to AP Puttur though the address was clearly Puttur, DK, Karnataka with PIN code.And though I sent mail query and gave my cell No.nobody bothered to answer.On 17th the customer care at bangalore just told that it will be sent to Mangalore, when asked when it will be delivered she was unable to give any reply.I asked for Mangalore Phone No but she told she is not allowed to give any branch Phone No.!I never had this type of horrible experience with any other services.

My pod no. is A25954439. THE STATUS SAYS THAT IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM ORIGIN ON FRIDAY 7TH AUG 09 AND FROM HUB ON 8TH AUG 09 AND IS SUPPOSED TO REACH MY ADDRESS IN BHARUCH, GUJARAT ON 10TH AUG. ACCORDING TO MY INSTITUTE ICFAITECH HYDERABAD, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS YET. IT'S URGENT FOR MY ADMISSION PURPOSE ELSE MY FEES WILL BE FORFEITED. I have sent a curtain of books to my daughter who is in the hostel of KMC RNE staff quarter of MANGALORE. The C. No. is E34289238. It was dispatched from Kolkata from 11.08.09. Today is 14.08.09. Still todate First Flight do not deliver the vital & valuable books to her .It is hampering her education too much

Consignement booked against M[protected] from Pune and till this time the samples didn, t reach the final destination,

When we checked from the transhipment it is informed that the same will be forwarding tonight from Delhi to Ludhiana.Reason Delhi operations and CSD informed that they have no invoice of the samples that is the reason the same is held up in Delhi and the information already given to the origin branch for further proceedings.

However we tried to contact the First Flight Ludhiana the answer from the reception desk was that all the CSD people are on lunch at 1500 hrs.Finally we could contact Mr.R.K Pathak and phone was transferred to the CSD Manageress;her repsonse was that she requires weight of the consignment to track and very passively thrown out the receiver on the cradle.

Where as we have given the AWB number i.e M11301205.As a customer how I could give the weight transhipment and all other details?

However we feel that the employees sitting at the customer support is not to support instead they harass the client line from this instance.

I have applied for my new ATM Password with new mailing address to HDFC Bank at Ratnagiri branch on 31st Oct & it has been confirmed to me on my email that New Password has been dispatched on the mailing address on 5th Nov .
