First Flight Courier — Shipment delay | |||
I have ordered via Snapdeal and the package shipped by 21st . I still didn’t get the package yet. My Consignment Number is O20289156. I have called to the customer care and there is no reply from them(as usual executives are busy..put on hold). I really pissed off on the service. I got shocked that the shipment I didn’t received still today(25th May). Its like a normal postal service and there is no meaning for the "COURIER" service. I sent a complaint to them and still no reply and they are escaping.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes. They are totally useless. Even I'm yet to receive a consignment and they are not co-operating at all. The customer care does not pick any calls. When they pick, they say that they'll check the 'Hub' and will call us back regarding the status. They never call back and they do not even pick the call when we try calling them again. Looks like they note our number.
