My consignment no. is B[protected]. The online status shows that it got delivered on 31-May in the afternoon and handed over to some Isha. However, I never received the parcel. there is no one called Isha in my home.
I tried reaching on the customer care(Mumbai, Delhi ), however no one picked the call.
How can you even deliver the document as important as PAN card to any one without even asking for Identification card, that atleast shows that the person who courier is intended to be delivered does stay at the same location.
Kindly look into the concern and act immediately.
Else, be ready to face in consumer court.

This is the second time the courier was not delivered and the update is returned to hub. I got a call on 20th January stating i will get the courier on 21st, when i called up i get an update, returned to hub. Name MARIAPPAN MAHARASI
