First Flight — Package Delivery Issue | |||
Hi , I had a consignment Tracking No.: B55565447 in which I had coupons that was delivered on 10th Apr 12 to wrong address/wrong person . I had raised concern regarding the same and I received the new coupon on 9th May12 by Mr.Mohan [protected] .But unfortunately the coupon which i had received was valid till 30th Apr 12.So these were no more of any use to me. Further i contacted to Suhaini ([protected]@firstflight.net) Assistant manager,Bangalore on 12th May2012 (Saturday)and got a response to be patient till 14th May-12(Monday).The last mail which i received was on 16th may12 which stated "We are still Investigating". I would request you to kindly check with concerned department for the delivery issue and hope to see some positive response at the earliest.And I need a compensation for not delivering the document on time. Yes. They are totally useless. Even I'm yet to receive a consignment and they are not co-operating at all. The customer care does not pick any calls. When they pick, they say that they'll check the 'Hub' and will call us back regarding the status. They never call back and they do not even pick the call when we try calling them again. Looks like they note our number.
