[Resolved]  Firstcry.com — Fake branded items and refund issues

I placed order 11966LB7416C935 for some carter brand items. This is an international brand thta makes world class baby clothes. What they shipped to em is a cheaply made fake product. 100% sure its not carters. When I contact customer service for refund, to date no action has been taken. I wnat refund and someone needs to stop these fake brands on market. Will not shop ..I ahve been their customer since the start of the site and at least given them 40000 business with 2 kids. Now I question the genuinity of brands they sell.

Extremely rude customer care! At first, they arrange a pick up service for the products that I wanted to return, then, when the products did not reach them, they say that we never arranged a pick up service. Such pathetic logistics...no communication as to whether the product has been picked up or not and no receipt given to me as to which products have been picked up. They take no responsibility of their people who deliver/reverse pick up the products for you. When I was chasing for my returns, people who had earlier spoken to me, now never wanted to speak to me as they will have to accept for the mistake for what they had done. Extremely shabby treatment!

In addition, the discounts they give especially on Loreal products, are for the reason...there was no seal that demonstrates that the product is new. Boots shampoo, at 52% off comes in an age old bottle. Eye liner I had ordered came with the seal open, just bubble wrapped. Lipstick also came in bubble wrapped, when I opened it, it was distorted from the back. My pick, never buy cosmetics from them.

When they say that they will arrange a pick up for the products you want to return, never trust their courier. You do not get a receipt from the guy who took the product from you. And, they do not like you if you are a regular customer. They don't like it if you buy and return something you do not like. They do not like to be told about the excellent quality of the products they send.
