I'm Sana and live in Gobind pura Near primary school...I'm also agreed with this complaint.I also use always this way to go my home people come at this shop to eat chicken and they drink alcohal also and passed comments on the girls which comes from job and go for tuitions. Alongwith some people are unauthorised car/bikes/Scooter & other vehicles parking on the road side and tables are setteled at whole footpath.
Due to these reasons people can not use the footpath for their safety.
So you are requested to take action against the careless people immediately.

Well, regretfully I too have to buy the views expressed over here. Being a resident of Parwana road and a Daily commuter to Radhu Palace, I have witnessed the above scene & each time I cant help wondering that "Are the MCD officials a prey to some disease like SELECTIVE VISION??"
People before me have mentioned clearly about the situation over there. It wont be an exaggeration if I add that the said hotel (Fish Point) guys have almost HIJACKED the Footpath..!!
Needless to mention the CONVENIENCE (???) caused by the Self-Authorized (?) parking of vehicles and the social nuisance caused by some crap-chaps!!
I'd sign of just hoping that the voice of all the affected citizens doesn't fall on deaf ears..!

I am totally agree with Mr. Gufran Siddiqui that he complaint of it. I am a resident of Brij Puri and used this way for my daily work we people faced lot of problem due to huge parking on roadside We can't used footpath because footpath always full with lot of table and chairs and lot of people which are their daily customer of that Fish Shop. One Time I Escaped in a accident due to this crap and huge parking on roadside.
And as Per Law
If a licensed trader causes a nuisance this may be in breach of the conditions of the license.
A complaint must be laid with the police, who will take steps against the trader
and MCD may hold a hearing and place conditions on the license or withdraw or suspend the license.
This is not a personal issue its for mankind so please take the necessary action against the shop,

I strongly agree and support this complaint.
Its so shameful that the citizens have to take refuge of a website to showcase their troubles and problems and the authorities are still playing dead???
may be they are busy planning how to elope the charges??
or may b it would take a mishap with some senior/responsible MCD official to wake MCD up??
sorrowfully I'm sometimes compelled to think that may b a part of their (MCD guys) salary come direct from the accused hotel man??
just a walk across the area and u start thinking... is this under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Country-Capital??
I have (in fact many of my neighbors from brijpuri and colleagues from Laxmi nagar and govind pura) have sent written complaint to MCD, but all in vain..!! do these pieces of paper even reach the concerned responsibilities?? or are they smuggled somewhere on the way??
And if they reach the right hands... then let me ask a bold questions-"Are those hands Polio affected??... Yes... Polio of Carelessness, ... Selfishness, ...etc etc?"
If administrators of the National Capital are wandering around with so much of carelessness, ... what does that mean??
are they waiting for a stronger agitation??
Is it a disguised notice from the office-bearers that gone are the days of Gandhiji's Silent-Non-Violent Ways??
Do they want to convey the message that-" We wont Listen until take out a MORCHA??"
or are they starving for a more aggressive agitation??
Its high time for MCD to probes into the matter at the earliest and take prompt necessary action!!

Hello people, thanx for putting up a complaint over a critical public issue.
I seriously wonder does any administrative body exist area??
I reside in Radhu Palace area and need to visit khureji mandi every other day and every time its just disgusting.
The footpath is being captured by tables of a hotel called Fish Point with people all around. It makes it next to impossible to navigate through the area. Plus the obstruction caused by vehicles parked haphazardly every where, leading to traffic congestion.
Walking in and around the area is nothing less than inviting an accident or similar mishap!!
Visiting this area seems to be a sort of punishment with the fear of a Foreseen Mishap over one's head.
I am surprised that even after so much of complaints and requests, the corporation officials find it "Not Worth Attention" kind of issue??
Wake up you MCD people... you are not there to just sit in your cabins and look over a file once in a while!
If even after so much of inconvenience faced by the citizens, MCD doesn't think of it as its duty to take proper actions, I feel (rather I bet..) that the day is not far when someone from MCD or their families will have to pay the TOLL!! May be that would act as an eye-opener!!
And if that is what its going to take, I hope something like that happens at the earliest (a desperate wish of a frustrated citizen..!)
If you are any of those concerned MCD officials reading this, I request you to please give a look into the matter! If any part o[censored] resists, just try thinking "What if some day someone from my family is caught in the situation??"
Hope and expect that MCD will act fair and discharge its duties sincerely ( the same way it exercises its powers and authorities)!

Why you people are taking this matter lightly. I request you to at least keep an eye there and try to observe whatever written above complainants is absolutely true and I've seen such incidents there.
So, I request you to please visit there and try to resolve this problem because people who passes by this road suffers a lot. Kindly take some urgent action for their satisfaction.

Still there is same situation on that place. It shows you people don't take care of online complaints. Why don't you eradicate this problem?
I, myself a resident of Laxmi Nagar and have to pass through this patpar ganj road, Khureji for meeting my relatives who live in Khureji Khas and I also felt many times this thing but could not complaint anywhere of this. As Mr. Gufran has complaint of it which is true and once I also got injured by a biker due to this huge parking on road side & even there is no way to walk on the footpath becuase always full of tables and guys around 7 pm to 1 am.
It is a matter of public grievance. I'm totally agreed with this complaint.
