[Resolved] Flexi Deal Club Membership — Cheating & False Promise | |
I got a call from one guy called Anbu from Flexi Deal membership. He told that they organize trips in India, and other places also, and also arrange movie tickets, and amusement park tickets and their card can be used in many outlets. Actually, I was looking for a trip to Thailand. Anbu said that they can arrange trip to Thailand. I visited their company in Chennai, and Anbu promised that he will arrange the trip for me, but I should pay Rs 16000/- (Rs 4000/- extra than the other normal membership) I agreed for that and paid the money. I was unable to give my Address proof xerox. He told that he will collect my address proof and photo. After that, I never got a call from Anbu (or) his colleagues. After lot of attempts from my side I managed to speak to Anbu finally once, for which he responded that he will come and collect my Address proof and photo. It has been more than 2 weeks now, he is yet to collect these from me. Also, no progress on the arrangements on my trip to Thailand. They also promised me a DVD player/ iPOD and Fastrack glasses - nothing is received. No response even when I contact their office phone number. I was able to speak to speak to a person called Deepan and Raj Felix, but after that no response. People please beware of this membership. How can I get back my money? Please suggest. Deepak - Zonal Manager of Flexi Deal called me and explained the miscommunication between Anbu and the team.
Actually, he has promised me to arrange the trip and for further queries that I have Deepak is ready to resolve the queries and does address the concerns that I have.
Deepak said that they were tied with opening of new location to serve the customers and was tied up with that work, and apologized for not communicating with me.

I m following up with them for almost 3.5 months. 20 days before i called Deepak, manager who s incharge of all the stupid executives and asked him about my settlement amount of EMI conversion. Tat time he told me tat i have given some complaint in the public forum so they will not do anything for me. i got wild n shouted at him and listed him all the tortures i undergone because of the executives. Then he replied tat he s getting pressure from his management regarding these complaints in the forum.
Then he gave a wonderful deal like if i give a good review about flexi deal in the same forum they ll do everything for me. See how cheap they are. I told him clearly tat whatever i written in the forum is true(sharing my own experience ) and i will not give a good review until i get wat u committed. He replied tat he will do the needful n request me to give a positive review after settlement of EMI conversion amount. I agreed for tat.
Next week I called him back, he told me tat he spoke to his boss prakash and they ll send cheque to my address. I waited for 10 days nothing came. I called Deepak, he said he s not responsible and asked me to contact prakash. I called him he said he met with an accident he s in a confused state now n request me to call me next day. I kno he s lying bcoz this s the third time he s telling me tat he met with an accident. not only prakash who calls himself GM of the concern, their executives often use this stupid lie.
Then i called him the next day morning n discussed with him abt y pending cheque.He said he ll go to office in half hour n call me. He din call me. I called him he din pick up. I called him the whole day.. i can here call waiting tones and user busy tones. But that cheating fraud din pick up. I got wild.. I sent him few msg also.But no response. I got wild n sent him a msg "i[censored] have guts atten my call". FOr tat also he din repond. I tried him from morning 10 to night 12.. But tat stupid din pick up. I replied him tat u cheaters will do like that only n u c wat i can do.. See ppl this s wat happening to all who paid flexideal..

thanks to you al i am saved of Rs 35000. i got the call from mobile no [protected] -One Deepak offered the 60000 card at 40000. i wanted time for 2 days. but they said that the offer of gold coin, ipod, food coupons etc are valid upto 4 pm today. Since they offered to take payment through credit card - i thought it may not be a fraud firm - In between Deepak connected me to his Mangar - dont remember his name - who said he will get the rate reduced to 35 000 and i could log in immediately. Did you got any response from them? they are saying a big list of resorts like maayajal, Bluebay Resort etc... Also Shoppig malls, Pothy, nalli etc.
Did u or anyone has used these cards in these places?
