[Resolved] Flipkart.com — non delivery | |||
Hi, I had ordered a TV from flipkart.com 3-4 days back.it was suppose to be delivered on 16th of oct.when I called in to confirm the order on the 15th oct,the CS associate informed us that our order has been cancelled! I am sure there was sum technical error and thats the reason the order was not deliverd,however i wanted to know the exact reason why we were not informed before cancelling the order.Would request you to look into the matter as such things are a great cause of inconvinience and anxiety for the customers!
