Flipkart.com — Order not delivered completely | |||
I had placed an order for three books (order ID: OD[protected]). Two of these were delivered. But, the third one was not delivered. It was to be delivered on 30th March and when I called on 28th March to check the status, I was informed by the customer care that the order has been cancelled by the seller. I was not even informed of the same and even though the book is still available (even though at a higher price), my order was cancelled. Flipkart is cheating me by cancelling my earlier order and subsequently asking to book afresh at a higher order. Please look into this and suggest as this is a clear default on Flipkart's side.
