True. I also had an issue with the e-gift card issued to me. Spoke to the Customer care to resolve and even talked to his Manager. Both of them replied in the same tone saying "Sorry Sir. We understand your situation. But, we cannot do anything". Customer Service is meant to resolve problems. But, they seem to be content with resolving simple queries like checking Order status and do not care when there is a genuine issue. Will look for elsewhere next time, Snapdeal or Amazon.
