Flipkart — order no OD[protected]

Dear sir, i have place the order on 18th oct, 2013 in flipkart for samsung s3 mobile with my credit card. very next day i call the customer care and ask the formality for cancellation process and informed the customer care ext mr manoj that i am not giving cancellation, just asking for formality. today morning i have received the email and sms from flipkart that they have canceled my order. when i asked the customer card one person said you have given cancellation request on 19th oct, 2013 at 5.40pm, after that i have spoke the team leader mr aridham. what answer i heard from that is shocking for me. He told verification department has tried to call u for me but they unable to cont me so they cancelled my order, but i didn't get any call from there. then he said that out agent has informed that customer ask for cancellation please arrange the call back. and the big lie they told that they tried to call me on 20th oct 2013, at 11.12 am for verification, and i have not received the call. but i have received the cancellation sms at 11.11am and i call them same time, and was talking with them till 12pm. Now i want to deliver my order.please help me regarding the same regards k chiranjiv rao [protected]
