[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Partial product delivery and fraud | |||
I have purchased a samsung tablet from flipkart by seeing at the offer of 16 Gb memory card along with a web redemption offer . The order has been confirmed but they have denied the 16 Gb memory card. I have informed the issue to their call center and also lodged an complain to their site but they did not regarded my complain yet. The order number is OD[protected]. The order was made on 10th september for which i had received a confirmation mail also from flipkart, today when i called them to check the status, i was told that the order wasnt confirmed due to a system glitchfrom their end and i will have to place an order again which will not have the memory card included. After this i had a series of discussions with their call centre execs one of whom promised me that once i place another order i can call the call centre and ask them to include the same since the order summary will not have the memory card mentioned due to the pffer being discontinued. Then i got a call from someone named gopal who outrightly denied of any such promisses made by thier exes and has denied of providing me with the memory card. I request help since it is the conpany's fault here and not mine. Was this information helpful? | |||
