[Resolved] — **NEVER USE**

I am told that you own & manage placed an order on 8th for delivery to be done on 9th.My Order numebr being FK7227.It was for my Mom's Bday.I started calling your helpline since 11 AM.I was kept on hold, disconnected ..continuosly given false assuarance by many ..Nitin, Pooja, Neha & so on...Finally I got through to another at 7:55 PM who said that all he can do is cancel my order & banged the phone on has screwed my entire day & the most imp this is the occasion that has been screwed.I have spent more than Rs 100 on phone calls & abt 9 hrs chasing your shameless team.I am keen to know your take on this.

they are pathatic, they spoiled my day i have selected them for my parents wedding anniversary. they didnot delivered the order on the day, before making the order i have asked them wether they can deliver it not, they said yes, but didnot deliver.

I suggest you not to use the website for the gifts, they will spoil the day. they are cheats, do frauds.

Samuel has mentioned what ever I wanted to say, , , , I too placed a custom order and paid Rs.1250/- Bouquet I received at 3.30PM after a huge chase that too a wrong bouquet and with 12 flowers compared to my order of 36 flowers, I am cheated by their service.

I sent so many email and keep calling STD calls. at least Samuel can say he spent 100 rupees on phone, I don't know How much I spent over phone. Not only that they avoid my call, when they see my number.

We should join together to stop them from this business.

I am already in touch with my solicitors and all other options to sue them. I also spoke to my friend who is working in Commissioner of Police office on this.

I requested a refund, if they say No, I have my way to collect it back. not only that I seeking legal options to stop them in this business.

I have used the website (Order No: GK3102) to send flowers to India towards Wishing My wife On the occasion of Valentine's day. I have also checked in the website to make sure that my destination location, i.e. Nellore is in their delivery locations. I have placed the order On 8-feb-10 and On the same day I have received a mail saying that my order has been confirmed and it is under process.

Herewith I am attaching all the mails that I have receive from this website.

Finally on Feb 12th I have received a mail from saying that they can't process my order as Nellore is not in their delivery areas. My feeling are really hurt with this kind of reply from them. I am in US currently on a short business trip, I thought I could wish my wife on this special occassion. They really ruined my sentiments. I don't want to let it go un noticed and another innocent person suffer due to these kind of cheap trick playing websites.

Kindly process my request and make sure that they are punished in some or other manner so that they will not repeat this kind of mistakes.

Am also a victim of floraindia .Very worst customer team and false commitments.I have ordered one strabery cake for my dad birthday.And i given delivery date one day before birthday .They have delivered a normal low cost cake on birth day at night.Don't do any transaction in these type bloody service providing sites.
I sent rakhi to my brother by floraindia as a surprise, they didn't delivered the rakhi all day. On august 24, 9pm someone called my brother and asked him to come and pick up the parcel from the bus stop. I don't understand why you guys deduct the payment for full service which you never provide.
well, at least all of you did recieve some part of what you'd ordered. we recieved no merchandise of any kind at all - zilch; we only recieved a delivery confirmation reciept.
this site must be one of the biggest online scams around the block.
thank God there are cyber crime cells that can tackle all this.
well, dear promoters of Floraindia, do beware cause we too are coming to get you...

To tell you the least, it's damn pathetic. Floraindia is minting so much money from us and in terms of service they are ZER0. They sent a cheap cake from the most ordinary bakery in town, and on top of that the cake was completely spoilt in the box. It got deshaped, in short it was upside down in the box.


Beware of these money suckers...
Order Number HE1499 – to be delivered on 15th Aug 2011

Flora India does not understand that what they are dealing with is not just delivery of any commodity but it is feelings of people who are far from their near ones. Timeliness, quality & accuracy of delivery are very important.

I had extremely bad experience with flora India. I did big mistake of trusting them delivering flowers and a soft toy on my wife's Birthday. I ordered a day ahead. Next day I called them multiple times to ensure that delivery is done in time

Called at 11:00 hrs: They confirmed it will be delivered by 17:00 Hrs
Called at couple of times around 17:00 hrs they said it will be delivered surely in half an hour
Called couple of times around 18:00 hrs they said it will be delivered in 15 mins
Called couple of times between 19:00 & 19:30 Hrs – they kept on avoiding the call. Finally I got an alternate number from a website and called them they said they will get back.
Called them couple of times around 19:30 hrs they said boy is out for delivery
Finally got a call at 19:58 hrs that ordered is delivered

When I checked – I found that their delivery boy gave a bouquet and forgot to deliver a soft toy.
The bouquet they have delivered is totally different and crappy from what I ordered. Photographs of what ordered and delivered are enclosed.

When I called floraindia again instead of feeling sorry - they tried saying its a possible mistake they will send out soft toy next day.

The whole day was ruined by floraindia. I demand refund of entire order amount and besides they should seriously do something to improve professionalism and take their business seriously.

I also share the same experience with the others who have raised this complaint.
Floraindia is a completely unprofessional company, who takes the customers for granded. I ordered flowers for my wife for the occasion of Valentines day. I had to depend on them as an other portal i booked flowers cancelled the order last minute.I ordered the flower on 14thFeb12 at 2:23Am and got the confirmation that i would recieve the flowers the same day. The payment was confirmed.
Except the confirmation email i didnt recieve any emails/phone calls regarding the delivery. I tried reaching the number specified on their site, i think the others are lucky for whom somebody atleast resonded the calls made. In my case the phone was not even ringing.
I emailed several times to "Pooja Sharma", who should be prevented from doing any business in her life time, not got any response. I even wrote to her that i would raise this with the customer grievence cell to see her response. But whatever i did not made her write back to me.
I wants the money to be paid back to me as the service was not provided, and i have registered a complaint against them in the consumer court, and will follow up with this case even i have to spend more money than what i have top get from them. I dont want any more customers to be taken for granted.
I strongly recomment to all of the people who are looking for a feedback against "" not to depend on this particular providers as you are not sure how much money you may waste and you feel frustrated for lot of reasons.
I agree with everything written here. I sent a bouquet costing 590 to my husband yesterday on 12/3/2012. Order number being IL1250. They delievered a normal bunch of roses which is not the same as what i ordered. My husband is allergic to roses thats why i ordered diffrent flowers.Besides, cheating they had also spoiled our day.
I am also victim of floraindia. I paid more for such a poor service. I called them the whole day to track the delivery. I got really frustrated and was literally crying waiting for the cake and bouquet (ordered) to surprise my husband. The product was delivered in the late evening and wasn't the same that had been ordered. They just spoiled our beautiful occasion.
I got a mail today from that the area I mentioned for delivery is not in there service area. This is after when I had confirmed the pin code with customer care and the customer care guy said that they do have service in the area.
Now the only option they have offered is to keep the order on hold. How can they take an order if they know that they don't have a service in that area? This is utterly outrageous.
