[Resolved] — Non delivery of product

Through an online transaction I paid Rs 490 to on 1st Dec 2009 morning for delivering a bouquet at my in-laws residence in Guwahati. The detailed address and mobile number of the receipients were also given. They never received the bouquet, however, I got a mail from floraindia on 2nd December that the bouquet has been delivered on 2nd Dec. On call up and enquiring their service was very poor, I followed up with 4 to 5 phone calls but every time their executive would commit to call me back after getting the details and would never call back. Later on 3rd December night somebody called back and said they will get a refund done but no details given as to when and how it will be done.
Online services are very popular across the world in India as is the case in most situations these type o[censored]nprofessionalism continue to exist. This time the amount I wasted was not very high, nonetheless, verp rupee has its value.
