[Resolved] FlowerDeliveryIndia.com — Fake website cheating people in the name of online gift delivery | |||
I had purchased a rakhee & Sweet from www.indiafloristnetwork.com on 18th August 2013 and its due date of delivery was 23rd August 2013.They deducted my money immediately from my Debit card after placing the order. On 23rd i got FAKE mail from them stating Your Order has been Delivered, your ordered gift has been shipped through Consignment Note No. of DHL Courier for delivery asap.Blue Dart ( part of DHL in India ) Consigment can be tracked online at www.BlueDart.com, when you click on the bluedart link which ofcourse is fake tooo it opens up some domain link page instead of any valid website.i tried calling their customer care many times they are not picking the call and it is continuously showing busy 24*7.I have put several mails on their contact us page for the same but ofcourse no reply from there too. So i want this fake website should be punished for adopting unfair practice of business and for harassing me.They have only a contact number i.e +91 [protected] mentioned in their website, even they do not have any contact address.
