I had ordered flowers from Flowers n Friuts website, i paid them the said price. But there delivery is not on the time and they never take care of the time promissed. This has been my second bad experience with them. Please avoid this site.

Yes.. these Guys suck to the core... .. ruthless fellows... they are so expensive... and after collecting all money, they still havent delivered my gift. its the day past the order. FERNSNPETALS are the best florists I have ever seen. I tried this one by mistake!! :( All my bad time!! Please never ever order anything from flowersnfruits. We have now taken printouts regarding this website and we will stick it tomorro in all the notice boards of our Institute and in the hostels, so that no one from our whole Institution buys from there. I have also asked my friends fromm different colleges in different states to stick the printouts of the content I have mailed then regarding flowersnfruits!

Reference with order no : CART26949492....i placed an order online on 6th Feb 2011,the vendor told me it will delivered on the same day,but the order still not delivered to recipient to his address of podalkur road nellore andhra pradesh.

i want to cancel this order now.
but don't have the site name.except the above mentioned my order no.

When a customer places an order on our website, the customer is clearly informed that the delivery time is a PREFERRED TIME and not a fixed time . Kindly visit the website and check .

It is advised to read the terms and conditions o[censored]se of the website before using it . We do what we promise and not cheat our customers . Although we try to deliver on the preferred time chosen by the customer, but it is not always possible .
When i called them, they said they will deliver. But they did not. On top of that, i had booked a bouquet which was more expensive, the person from flower shop called to whome it was to be sent, to know which replacement flowers they need. Which is absolutely stupid. They need to understand this is surprize.
And they changed to some low cost flowers available and also the presentation was even more pathetic that the one displayed online. I was thouroughly disapointed by their behavior and customer service. I would never again try their service.
The first post of your mentions about Delivery not on time and now the story is complety different . Now it seems Quality is an issue . Kindly decide what is the issue first
I received a substandard product too. It seems quality is not the ONLY drawback of this company. the customer care is very rude too and never admit sending rotten stuff even when you send them pictures right after the delivery. It is frustrating dealing with them. another strange thing was that the delivery guy asked for a tip from the recipient
I totally agree...these guys suck. What terms & conditions are you talking about. You are in a business of customer service. And when one sends a gift, there is a lot of emotion and feelings that go with it. If you cannot respect your customers feelings, what else are you expecting. You talk of a 16 year old traditional with no ethics. We pay so much money and what we get is crap. If you think you can do this and get away with it, you are mistaken. I am a journalist with a lot of anger and rage against your website. You have hurt not only my feelings but also the feelings of the person who was suppose to get the gift. This is not done and I will not let you guys get away with this so easily.
You do cheat your customers...I asked a delivery for a birthday.Placed the ordert wo days back.It still hasnt reached.this is terrible.its 9 pm now.Ypou said you would deliver before 7pm/.if you couldnt deliver you shoud have said so.Whoevr is jamfox14 resolve the issues and then talk to people about deciding on their issue.i think its high time you close your company down or are dragged into consumer court.
I had ordered flowers on 13th Feb 2102 which were supposed to be delivered on 14th (between 8 am to 8 pm), I even got a delivery confirmation mail but the flowers have not been delivered till now (its 15th Feb 2012).

The contact numbers provided at the website are busy since 3 days (obviously its intentional) and no one is replying to the mails.

These people not only ripped off my money but also ruined the day for me. Disgusting service and no customer care.

The service of fernsnpetals.com is much much better than flowersnfruits.com.

I will never order from flowersnfruits.com come what may. YOU PEOPLE SUCK.

Finally got a confirmation that the flowers (which were supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb 2012) have not been delivered and the delivery confirmation was sent by "mistake". And the poeple associated with FnF are so stupid that they called the person who was supposed to receive the flowers, for asking the time at which she will be available so that they can deliver.. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU GUYS DOING????? U .. u spoiled the day and on top of that you spoiled the surprise.. [censored]ing ...

I have placed the booking today in the morning around 9:30 am, but so far there is no delivery & i am trying these no Phone : +91 [protected] & [protected], from morning no body is lifting the Phone nor bother to reply.

This Website is just develope to cheat people with EMOTIONAL TOUCH.

I had a terrible experience with Flowers N Fruits. One of the most unprofessional and unethical website. We had ordered a Birthday cake and Bouquet to be delivered at 12 AM (mid-night), confirmed if they could deliver at that time and we were assured of the same and asked for some extra delivery charges. But all in vain, they did not reach the B'day boy that night and the whole surprise turned out to be a Flop show for us, instead they sent us an email informing that it'll be delivered the next day. We were so pissed at them, and so furious about all this. Next day, they kept on calling us since morning and around 2 PM, the guy reached their door and called us where to deliver the cake. We canceled the order and told them, "You eat the cake and enjoy, as the person with whom it was to be shared has already left out, he can't stay for you all the time". I talked to the manager of Pune. He did not admit or confess although he was so totally wrong. They do not understand the emotions and feeling we have attached to those on-time delivery surprise gifts or cakes or bouquets etc. They do not value time. Hopeless Service! I would never ever recommend this to anyone and its my plight to forward these cases to the consumer court and they should be answerable!

A SPECIAL DAY FOR MY PARENTS COMPLETELY RUINED .. FEEL CHEATED

Just 2 days back i have ordered Flowers and sweets for my parents anniversary. Flower mention in the site was Pure grace ( PINK LILY and PINK CARNATIONS) cost 925 and 1/2 KG assorted sweets worth 675. Since the place of delivery is mentioned as special category i paid 350 for delivery charge as well.

When the delivery reached it was orchids purple color and dull pink color gerbera ( a pathetic combination and presentation), not only this, they sent some third class sweets from a third class shop, which not only look bad and taste too bad as well.( they charged 675 for 1/2 kg sweet) these sweets were not even 100 rs worth... feel cheated after spending so much money...

soon after the delivery i have even mailed then with photo graph but no response till now... WILL MAKE SURE NOT TO ORDER FROM FLOWERSNFRUITS.COM AND WILL NOT LET MY NEAR AND DEAR ONES AS WELL. ( attaching photograph of flowers and THEIR ASSORTED RS.675 SWEETS AS WELL)

I also run a e commerce website and would like to ask that you guys write reviews about people on any website which comes across . This website where you are writing the reviews is being run by whom .. have you checked this ... No you have not .. I dont care about flowersnfruits .. My only concern is that we as customers are being fooled by people who are running these review websites .. Lets see this review goes ONLINE or not ..
I had ordered for a bouquet of 12 roses along with a box of chocolates (Ferroro Roucher- 16pc) on this Valentines day. But we were delivered with only a bouquet of Chocolates. Red Roses were nowhere in sight while they had very well charged for the roses too. I want my refund. If they did not have the flowers in stock we should be informed before hand. They should not be fooling people by taking orders beyond their capacity if they cannot keep up their promise.
