[Resolved] Fly 720 B — POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS SOLD
I(Navneet Agarwal) had bought FLYb-720 duo from your store against inv #[protected] on 09/09/2008, from SOMDUTT PLAZA, KANPUR along with YOUR CARE PACK for 2 year. Within weeks of purchase my phone started to hang, can't acesss the memory card of 2 GB which i also purchased along with the phone on the very same day of purchase of phone. Nearly every week I had to rush to the store for this, what they used to do that they format the memory card & it starts working & after day or two it problem once again cropp in . Ultimately they said the software has problem a... i asked them... in reply they said we are not makers of mobile...we just sell it .Then who is responsible for this...we pay money to Hotspot Mobile store you are responsible for the quality of the product not us... If Hotspot Mobile Store cannot take care of the quality of the products then they should not sell it. Moreover they fooled my by asking to buy some "care pack" which was around[protected] rupees. so if i have any problem with the mobile they will get it solved immediately.when i asked them about my care pack they said they are only take the phone & pass them to the respective care points. After my discussion with them They gave me the executives phone #, I contacted & told my story he said the problem is with the Memory cards as the above phone has problem with the apacer memory cards which was given to me from your store itself. He said to the person in store to give the another one whioch they said that they had this one only at present & with in a weeks time they will hand over the new card. after a months time today when i went for the card they said the same & felt a cut sorry for the card.
I would recommend not to buy mobile from any Hotspot Mobile Store as they just seller of POOR QUALITY MOBILE.
