[Resolved]  Fly Mobile — Delay & Misguide by the Custmer care Centre

Dear Sir,

My name is Nilesh Joshi, I have bought a FLY cell phone before 10 months .
suddenly there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the service center which is in pune, he told me it would be done in 15 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi,
and the Executive told me "WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME"

what can i do ? as above case.

After regular follow-up with service center & also with you I not get any feedback neither you nor your service center till today for giving my mobile. I also contact Mr Amit (your Delhi customer care) on 23/02/09 at 6.45 pm He also talk with service center, service center promise to give my mobile within day or two. But they could not give till date, So I purchased a new mobile & you are requested to return my money with compensation.

I purchase your mobile( Model No-SL500i, IEME NO[protected] from “Vishal Retail Ltd”, VIP Road Kol-59 dated 20/09/08 with enthu because of it’s small shape & light weight. But it get fault of charging on 15/12/08. It shows charging when connected to charger, but actually battery not taking charge. Then I given to your Authorized Service Centre BABLI MEDIA CENTER SHYAM BAZAR KOLKATA( CONTACT NO[protected], M-[protected]). They given me 1 week time for repair. After 1 week they told me their have some problem in I.C. after few days they told me they are given requirement for I.C. to their Head Office but they are(head office) delaying. Last, when I ask on 05/01/09 they told me we send your mobile to our Head Office.



I don’t know what is actually going on, I am very much suffering for your this type of service. I am a service man & my nature of job is movable, frequently I have to go out side & I can’t contact with my family. So I am requesting you to change my mobile or return my money, because It cont be possible to stay long time without mobile.



Pl do the needful & acknowledge the same.

Fly Mobile Sx - 305 — Poor Service & Harassment

Dear Team

I am forwarding a complaint regarding poor service & Harassment received form Fly Service centre.

I bought a Fly Mobile dated 24/08/2008 ag.Invoice no. 005855 from Garewal Watch Co.Ambala Cantt.

After One week i found Echo problem in my set.I Logged my complaint No.1619 to Fly service centre (Harjeo Corporation)296-BX, Model Town Extn. Ludhiana Jan.2009.

I was given assurance that the problem will be resolved with in a week but as on date it has not been resolved. So many times i asked for my set but everytime i got unfavorable response.

At last i am writing this complaint to you, You are requested to give my mobile set back to me in good condition with in a week or i will go to consumer court. The choice is your's.

I am totally fedup with your service and in future i will never recommend anybody to buy Fly Mobile...

Please do the needful at your end.

And one more thing pls dont puchase Fly Mobiles at all as no battery backup and you cannot claim warranty as there is no service centers of it. Pls tell me/ provide me any service centers no. in Delhi.

have e105. service and battery life very poor. customer service atrocious. bought it at indore.battery life without is only 2 hours.shocking . thinking of going to consumer court.
I bought a dual silm mobile. I could use it hardly for few days. from january 2009, mic problem. service centre at Kilpauk replaces the mic on 03-03-09 after a long wait.No use. still problem exists.

Fly Mobile Model Sx - 100 — non availability of battery

For the past two months, I am trying to get a replacement for the battery of the fly mobile sx-100. I have visited a No of "Hot Spots" and "singh and sons" (on Jail Road, Janakpuri, New Delhi) the authorised distributors twice but a battery for the mobile is proving elusive. this is rohit kumar mishra from rewa (m.p.). i purchased fly LX 600 from MAMTA Supar BAZAR rewa date of 02/10/2008.which IME no is [protected] and battery s no. is 80410094. after parchasing this mobile hand set, i found problem in its spekar, battery and also its screen had damaged.

well i gave my moblie hand for repairing in INDORE(MP) Fly care at ACCEL Front line ltd. date of 23/02/2008. and said by servic center that u will get urs handset within 8 working day but now it is 04/05/2008 means more then 75 day but i hav not receive my mobile, , and whenever i make to call there they said "part is not available" and also some time they said to me urs moblil's part is coming next week so what is actualy happend ? plz halp me. and do needful, i m very disturb with this plz help me as soon as posibal, , ,

Dear Pal,

I have a Fly LX-600 and it was bought by my daughter in Bangalore a year ago.
My problem was the Data cord(Charger) was not working properly, so I lodged
a complained to the Service Centre in Guwahati and they order the new
Charger and after 1 month I received the Charger at the cost of Rs.200, and
now I am free from the problems. I had been having about 8/9 Mobiles of
all sorts of brand names, but found this is one of the best.

worst serivice from fly mobile company.they are unfit to this business.still my mobile with jayanagara service center (Pranav Infocom) since three months, this is second time i left my with service centre.first time it was four monthe with service centre.worst customer care service, worst service engineer ( Mr Waheed and Mr.Prakash from fly company.useless company in India.I never seen company like this.

i have purchased Fly SX315. 2months ago.the problem is that when i installed pc suite on my pc and when i connect my phone it is not working .But on storage mode it is working.when i connect my phone first time to pc after installation windows self searching for a software after windows searching i found a message "the hardware you installed might not work properly.my email id is avinash.[protected]@gmail.com.please let me know how to solve this problem it is really creating problems.

Fly Mobile — worst mobile purchased on recommendation from mobile store

Fly mobile is the worst amongst mobile phones i have ever bought. i went to mobile store to actually see nokia but the the executive from mobile store recommended so much for Fly mobile. Its not even a month and the mobile is malfunctioning. The 0 button doesn't work. The phone can not get the signal strength even when the same sim card works very well in other mobiles!
i am sad with poorness the mobile store executive showed me. i would never trust these a**h*les anymore! i confirmed from him multiple times but he was appreciating the mobile phone very much.. bulls**t
