Dear Sir,

My name is Nilesh Joshi, I have bought a FLY cell phone before 10 months .
suddenly there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the service center which is in pune, he told me it would be done in 15 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi,
and the Executive told me "WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME"

what can i do ? as above case.

Fly, B-700 — Auto charging

I purchased a Fly B-700 Dual sim mobile on 26-01-08, after a few months an auto charging problem occurred which gave irritating noise. It was sent to the service centre, I was told that software has been upgraded and now it will not give any problem. But after some time the same problem same problem occurred and it was repaired again. in both the cases the mobile was kept by the service centre for nearly 25-30 days. Now the same problem has started for the third time and they now say the warrenty has expired and the problem is due to mother board and it would cost the same price as the new set. I feel cheated, please suggest.

1 I purchased FLY set model sl 400m, from Big Bazaar in 2006/7 from Agra ser no IMEI [protected]. which develped problem of Blank screen in 2009, The set was got repaired from ur authorised service center at CHANDIGARH, in Apr09, But after the set was repaired it started giving problems of interminant connection while talking, In the set B to B connecter was changed. On approaching ur service center the Boss does not even bother to talk to customers
2 He does not even interact with anyone. It is left to the Engineer & the coutomer. He is not even bothered to Satisfy the cutomer.
3 The set has the same problem of Intermitant connection while Talking.
4 A sum of Rs 451/- were paid as the replacement 7 repair charges.
5 Please advice me further action.
6 Awaitng 4 an early response pse.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the above mentioned mobile was purchased from M/s. One Mobile store owned by Future Axiom telecom Ltd., part of Pantaloon Retail Ltd., from R mall, Mulund West, Mumbai 400081 via cash memo No: T28/3535 on 21/12/2008. On 11/2/2009 at about 8.30 p.m I had kept the mobile phone for charging. After few minutes, I heard a message alert. When I checked the phone, the display glass was burst and developed crack. My son and Myself had approached the One Mobile store at R Mall on two different dates i.e. on 13th and 19th. The Customer service Executive Mr.Ritesh Kotak at Pantaloon and Mr. Manoj from Fly care tried their best to convince their senior to replace the mobile but without success. Subsequently, they guided me to approach their service centre M/s. Bell N’ Tell Tele Services. Bell N Tell refused to service the Mobile free of charge and asked to me pay for the display. Due to none of my fault, the display of the mobile got burst and asking me pay to rectify the same. The mobile is not even 2 months old. This is un fair from the Manufacturer to ask the customer to pay for replacing the display part.

I had approached the India disrtributor of Fly Mobile at the following address.

Fly Mobile — working of mobile is worst & no effective solutions by authorised service centers

i i purchased a fly mobile 4 months ago. the handset(mod. no. 2040L) was showing some defects so i gave the handset to authrised service center, the mobile was corrected by the persons working there . but my mobile is showing problems every and of different kinds. i requested company for replacement but the service center refused to do so

I m Mritunjay Kumar Sharma, I purchased Fly Mobile E105 From One Mobile Store, Howrah-W.B.711106, on date- 05/07/09, But just after 6 days i saw problem in my handset i.e. touch screen dn't work and hanging problem, I already gave my mobile at Custmer Care at "Aura Telecom Services- R.N.Mukharjee Road, B.B.D. Bag, Kolkata700001 on date-15jul, ", the customer care said that"WE WILL SEND A E-MAIL TO FLY COMPANY AND AFTER GETTING E-MAIL WE WILL CHANGE UR HANDSET TILL TOMORROW", But till date I dont received any call from that centre and when I m going there the Executive told me "I DONT HAVE RESEIVE ANY E-MAIL TO CHANGE UR HANDSET"
Respected sir this is not good answer from the Custmer care, i m going there daily but there answer is same. What are they doing till today?

Model had charging problem just when warranty expired.

Authorized Service Center at Jayanagar - Very bad Service, Does not have Spares. Requires multiple reminders. Keeps the phone without reparing for more than 30 days.

DO NOT BUY FLY MOBILE.

My self Nitin Tyagi, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY B-700) From Rajat Traders, 38 Arat Bazar, Dehradun. But after some month i saw problem in my handset (Network Problem, Hang prblem, GPRS Problem, Battery Backup)I already gave my mobile at Custmer Care at Dehradun (Prompt Servise Centre +91-[protected])on 27/07/2009 JOB CARD NO 3506 as per the suggetion from Rajat Traders, but till date I dont received any call from that centre & when I m going there the Executive told me "I DONT HAVE TIME FOR GOING TO REPAIR YOUR MOBILE & WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT KNOW THE EXACT TIME. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME"ON dated 29-07-09 he dont check by mobile. This is not good answer from the Custmer care Side till today[protected] days are going but no answer from the Custmer Care Centre.Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter.

I had given a mobile in service center for sound problem on[protected].they are given me aexpected date of delivery after 7days.40days completed, but till today I didn"t get mobile repaired.every week they are giving diffrent reason
If the authorised service center is serviving such service, then where should cunsumer look for a better service.It is just a harassment by such reputed company

Don't buy Fly any Model because iam given 5 time given for Repair(within 3 month) and 14 times send mail to Fly mobile service centr any one not responce properly, i am not recived any responce your side and i called to so many time to customer care[protected] but not satisfied to answer coming, .
why are you dalay for exhange mobile or refund.

Fly Mobile / Fly Mobile — Problem with mobile Model E-300

Hi

I own a FLY E-300 model mobile , purchased 8 months before. There are numerous problem i`m facing now with the Handset(neither i can hear properly nor i can see the screen. The display has been totally corrupted.).
I already logged a complain and gave my mobile for service in one of the Service center i.e in Pranav Infocom(Bangalore).
I have been running back to the shop and trying to call them regularly but all in vein. Its now more then 1 month since they have reverted back or have solved my problem. Its quite irritating as i`m not even able to use my mobile properly.
Based on the above mail the Customer care asked me to submit my mobile, as they guarantee that they will solve my problem in priority and at the earliest. And now its 2 weeks since i have deposited my mobile and they have not even cared to call me and update me regarding the problem.. I even don`t know whether i will get my mobile back in working condition or not.
Please help if possible.
