[Resolved]  Fly Mobile — Delay & Misguide by the Custmer care Centre

Dear Sir,

My name is Nilesh Joshi, I have bought a FLY cell phone before 10 months .
suddenly there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the service center which is in pune, he told me it would be done in 15 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi,
and the Executive told me "WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME"

what can i do ? as above case.

u r not serviced to customer so don't open any fake company which is problem for him and also for customer service.

I purchased fly E-106 with serial no [protected] by last November2009. I have serviced my mobile twice after my purchase but still running with complaints. Now the service person says that the charger point has gone and it has to be replaced at Delhi only. I cant spare without my phone for 10-15 days. I will be thankful if you could guide me how could I follow a procedure by which you could replace my mobile with a new one.
I have purchased Fly 2080 couple of year ago!
Its body battery seal is broken and the customer service says that the new body of it cannot be made available to me!
Where should I go for the new body case of Fly 2080 in Mumbai or Thane??

Fly Mobile Mc 120 — connector defect unable to repair by your authorised service centre who collected Rs.500

I purchased Fly mobile MC120 from THE MOBILE STORE at A.S.RAO nagar Hyderabad in the month October 2008. after six months it started giving charging trouble.It isidentified as connector defect. I approached authorised service centre.
They collected Rs.500 and attended. But now charging trouble could not be restored properly in addition speaker failed.what suitable step should I take now or what responsibility can the company shoulder in the interest of customer satisfaction. fly E300 Mobile phone — BATTERIES NOT AVAILABLE IN MARKET

I BOUGHT E 300 modle fly phone . i am unable to get new batteries.i tried my best.pls help me.get one new.

Fly Mobile — Battery not in stock

I have Fly Mobile MC 120, battery has been damaged in 1 year, I try to contact with all service centers in delhi & customer care also but not received any satisfactory response from them, they always irresponsible reply, any service centre not have battery in stock they told call after 7-10 days. i am a fly mobile phone from last 3 years.now i have fly E-145, i've purchased on 16/03/2010 from Art gallery telecom(Meerut U.P)-invoice no-17722, after 2 days i feel the problem in tuch, /gap between screen and body, internet, data cable not working, and also in hand free, i had to go fly service center lal kurti meerut (U.p), thay recieved my mobile phone.
next day i went to fly service center.thay handed over to me my phone, and promise me that thay will provide me a specific part of mobile phone with in 20 days, that time specific part was not available, but till date the part is not available, and, i am very disssatisfied from the behavioue of service center people.thay dont have manners to deal with customer,
it was the first time to judge the customer care service, but i've to promise me with my self that i'll never use any fly service or phone.

Fly cellphone( FLY SX210) — AUTO-OFF

Fly Mobile — Replacement of the handset

I purchased one fly mobile set (with dual sim) in December 2009.

The handset stopped charging in the month of April 2010 and I got it repaired from your authorized service centre at Sector-35 Chandigarh.

Again in the month of July it stopped working and the set was got repaired through service centre at Sector-35 Chandigarh and the representative informed me that the set has got repaired from Noida (head office). Both the times, the service centre took 15 days to get the set repaired and I faced a lot of difficulty due to non availability of my phone.

But I am very sorry to inform you that at present the speaker of the phone is not working and some times the phone is not working properly.

As I am facing a lot of problem due to the problems which are occuring in my handset, I request your good self to look into the matter personally and guide me how can I get my set replaced so that I can use the set without any difficulty.

I shall highly appreciate you if you find a solution to the problem. An early and positive reply is awaited please.

As all handset comes with 1 year warranty, at the time of selling no information is given that this handset will come with the warranty of 6 months only.
Now the major concern is this handset is not properly working. I went to the services centre around 1 month ago, they are unable to solve my problame..,
I have submitted the handset on 22/11/2010, still now services centre is saying that as they are unable to log the call they have sent a mail to head office and waiting for the reply.

Now there are 2 major concerns:-
1) When I will get the handset repaired, since it around 1 month I managed to use faulty handset, and now I have no handset to use, and even I am unaware of the date by which my problem will beresolved.
2) Why they are providing the warranty only for 6 months
