[Resolved]  FLY /Mobile — Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

echo problem in mobile in sx 390 i have given mobile for fly service centre for 2 times but the same promle in mobile when date of buying the mobile is same promble so please heip me ...my mobile no is [protected]

I have Fly SX210, which baught last year Oct... means its yet to complete a year, unfortunately its data cable got damage so I had put a request for new data cable at Fly Service Center, M/s Adonis ... at Vikaspuri, New Delhi on chargeble basis on 27th June 08, but till date(13.08.08) I haven't get the data cable. The SC people still saying that the datacable is not in stock & repeating the same & problem is that its(Fly) datacable is not available in open market. Please do something needful.

FLY Mobile invoice — Without TIN Number

Dear Sir,

I had bought a mobile Phone ( ) from

Zee Communication
R-1, Green park
New Delhi - 110016

on that time i didn't check the invoice, after one week the mobile had some problem, then i go to the Service centre .

They told me that this invoice don't have ant TIN number so
this will not get repaired .

I want to get my money back from this vendor .

Every invoice he is not giving any TAX paid invoice.

This particular Vendor is doing same kind of activity to all .

I have fly SX210, which baught at 03/01/2008 present year. I have lots of time complain/my handset battery is not working properly. I just receive 7 or 8 calls after that mobile is complitly swicth off.I also want new handsfree of this mobile but Service centre Person saying that is not in stock or Assec. is not available. I[censored] dont have the assec. in stock why put this model in market. For this i suffer lots of. I think Company has no value for customer. Pls Pls do something bcz i pay for this mobile 8000/-.

I have just bought fly mobile 2080. when ever i try to take picture by resolution 1240x780 it always shows disk full were i have got 2GB memory card n i have just used 512mb out of 2Gb can any one short out my problem i have restored my factory setting too but also i am in trouble????????

I bought one and had to through it in junk.

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly sx210) of company 'FLY' on date 09 September 2007 from GO mobile, MG Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. from 1/6817, Main Babarpur Road, East Rohtas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi 32. On date 26 June 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Tele Talk Communication' C-21, Ist Floor, Bajanpura, Near Bus Stand, Delhi 53 of FLY company on date 02 July 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that the phone having display problem.My mobile is with them since them no proper answer any improvement. Whenever I called them to inquire about my cell phone they always have some excuses. Sometime they says that the phone is at Nehru Place office and they also tried convince me that the phone will be delivered to you by courier within few days.
But it has been more than one and half months but my problem is not resolved nor I ever have a proper answers from them.

6 months back i baught this fly sx290 model with my first salary.now it is not working even for calls also.
very disappointed with FLY.

3RD DAY THE PROBLEM STARTED BATTARY. I ASK THE SAME SHOP THEY TOLD CONTACT SERVICE CENTRE. TWO TIME I GIVEN THE CELL FOR SERVICE YOUR ACCELFRONTLINE AT CHENNAI GREAMS ROAD. STILL THE PROBLEM NOT SOLVED. THE MOBILE IS IN SAME OFFICE. NOW THE PROBLEMS GPRS AND AIRTELLIVE AND BATARY. PLS SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR REPLACE THE MOBILE IMMDLY.
