[Resolved]  FLY /Mobile — Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly 2080) of company 'FLY' on date 18 August 2007 from RPG Cellucom sec-61, Shopprix mall Noida. On date 4th Apr 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' of FLY company on date 09 Apr 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are scretches on panels and loose panel and also have display problem.They kept my mobile for 2 months and finally i bring back my cell without any service.

i bought fly 2040i in march 2007..but after using some months the phone swithched off automatically when u receive a call...
i m lookig for its reparing centre in delhi...plzzzzzzzz tell me its service centre in east delhi .

Fly E300 mobiles Phone — Phone is working & Service station also didnt work

This is to inform that I purchsed I Fly E300 before 6 month from last two month handset got hang and suddenly off. I visited the nearest service station they take 1 month but they didnt rectify the basic problem of my set. This could be very harmfull to the Consumers as well as to the Company

I am a user of FLY mobile.Since I am taking the mobile I am facing the problem from the day 1 .And it came to last when it got the display off.i don’t know wt happen to my mobile?

I had collect the information of the FLY service center, that take me 2 months, Becoz I bought it from STAPPLES and they told me different location, I struggled to get it the information as
We are working .
At last I got the exact service center. I had given it to Fly service center of yours that is in jaynagar at 20th sept and upto 11 oct it was not solve my problem .
They told that the parts is not coming from your end.If your service is taking to solve this small port problem for a one month’s its shame to a company.

Nobody has replied back regarding my phone given for repairs as the camera is not working after 2 months of purchase of 71010/-Call ID is DEL- FL-698796-CP. After a couple of emails and hundreds of pphone calls no response after over three weeks .Isthe company winding up after selling its outdated products?

FLY 2040I MOBILE PHONE — REGARDING WORST SERVICE

i purchased this phone in JAN-2008
since than i am not able to keep this phone for even 1 month this phone has been always in flys repair center
it auto shuts off, while talking over phone gives electric shock, while charging it vibrates lot of issues.
service never coperated so idont have another way for the resolution they dont want to replace .what should i do im a student very hardly i collected money to purchase this phone but im no where so pls help me, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , pls, , , , , , , , ,
i have fly SL600 mobile, i am really disapointed to find the service center in bangalore, really unhappy to fly mobile service.have to improve service to customer.
i have boght a fly 2080 mobile, the mobile is not working properley. manny times it was hang and kipad not working. when i go for servicecenter the service did not responce. i had no any ervice had no.

I'm from Chennai.

Accel Front Line service is absolute scrap. I was lured by a salesman and bought a lesser known brand mobile phone called FLY SX 210. The problems started right from the first day. Poor battery, loose power/handsfree connection and more importantly poor reception.

I compounded my problems by breaking the display. All these happened within 4 months of buying the mobile. I gave the mobile for repair on 17/09/2008 at Accel repair ( Nungabakkam, Opp to Police station) and my problems with Accel started. I never heard from them. Whenever I call, they do not attend the phone, if in case they attend they will give irresponsible answers. One final day on 30/10/2008 they agreed to return my mobile back with doing the repair. When I went to collect the phone, I was asked to come the next day and then the next day. Everytime, they made me to wait for atleast an hour before giving a negative reply. Poor customer support. They need to be penalised.

I think my experience should be a lesson for people buying lesser known brand mobile like FLY and for people going to Accel Front line for repair

Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline Limited' of FLY company, Grems Road, Chennai on date 18th Oct 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that vmi fail & board to board connector damage.They are not ready to take my mobile for free service.

Fly mobile is stupid one. I bought FLy sl500 in july 2008 from subiksha mobile trivandrum. Within a month the charger stopped working and only option to chagre was through USB. By august mid, all the key pads got disabled. Not able to make calls, orr look for menu etc. If some calls come, since slide option was enabled, can recieve the call.
I gave it for repairing in acel trivandrum . Even after one month there is no message from them about the mobile.

All the persons saying that fly mobiles are junk, i am satisfied on their comments, i have also purchsed fly 2080 mobile handset which has got problem.
I walked in accel frontline service centre in nehru palace, but after 1 month i got my mobile in my hand in a very worst condition.
I suggest you don't ever purchse any fly handset because every one parents doesn't want to give a fake mobile to their children and please don't ever spend money ony these handsets.
