[Resolved]  FLY /Mobile — Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly 2080) of company 'FLY' on date 18 August 2007 from RPG Cellucom sec-61, Shopprix mall Noida. On date 4th Apr 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' of FLY company on date 09 Apr 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are scretches on panels and loose panel and also have display problem.They kept my mobile for 2 months and finally i bring back my cell without any service.

I am Ramya from Vijayawada I have purchased fly 390 and I got problem with charging within 3months so I have complained in the service center they have replaced. This was done nearly three times but nothing problem is solved with charging. Many told that the problem might be regarding the mobile itself. Really we got irritation with the set.

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly V-100) of company 'FLY' on date 30 sep 2008 from mercury telecom). faridabad in my phone any video cannot be played.

Fly B-700 Dual Sim — internet, camera

i purchased a new fly B-700, Dual Sim, fly company show in their box that internet facility is available in that mobile but airtel company is not supporting, it's camera is not taking clear photo.

My handsets Window Glass braked in 20th nov 2008... and i have submitted the same in your Authorized Service Center In 21/12/2008... They promised me to back my mobile with in 1 week.. But till now i have'nt received my mobile ... When ever i am calling them ... hey are giving me the same excuse that ...no parts is available ... Please take same steps... Otherwise this would be the first and last time ...using a Fly handsets at least from me and my family..I hope you will not ignore this mail... And take necessary steps to help me out... Merry Xmas... !!!

One of the worstly built phones ever...


I own a fly SX 210...that I purchased in august 08, the hand held mode does not work, everytime I have to answer a call i have to use the speaker mode or hunt for a headset.The USB mode also does not work.The quality of the handset and especially the data cable is pathetic.


I visit the service centre(secunderabad, andhra paradesh), they tell me to handover the handset for a minimum time of a week...but even after 15 days it has not been rectified.

I also wanted a data cable replacement, for which the service centre guys told me there was no stock.
My handset no is SX210 .My mobile LCD screen has craked and i want to change my display screen pls send me service centre list in india presently i'm in ranchi jharkhand.pls send me the address of Ranchi FLY service centre and contact no also.

i have purchased fx200 in may2008 i lost ear phone i searched in all the service centres mentioned in catalogue and internet at Raipur & kota, rajsthan. but none of the centres were existing.

hi, i bought FLY SX100 on august 2008. That was the bad day started in my life... i spent 6500 for that mobile my money got wasted...

problems :

1, Poor battery
2, Low voice clarity
3, Dont have Proper service center
4, Cheap handset
5, Signal down
6, Poor video camera
7, Poor video player
8, Key pad not working properly
9, Call getting disconnected
10, Over all FLY Company has to stop selling their products in india... Jai Hind.

fly mobile, model v-90 — memory card

my phone does not support 1 gb memory card. its does not read the memory card and not open its content.
Firstly one should not buy FLY mobile at all as this handset is giving lot of trouble and the service is worst then ever. It is taking more than a month and we as a user we are facing lot of problem with out phone for such a long time. Consumer forum should take take this seriously and ban the product from India.

Fly/ Mobile SX-100 — Mobile set not working properly

I bought mobile set Fly SX-100 fron Mobile Buzz SCO 21, First Floor, Sec-17 Chandigarh, on 4th of Sept 2008. Right from the beginning there was a problem with the set. While talking there was a network breaking problem. One could not talk continuously more than one minute. Battery would never show 'Full' message inspite of keep charging for 5 hours.
On 30th Oct I approached the authorised service centre at Sec 35 Chandigarh with the above mentioned problems. They kept the set for more than 20 days. When they returned the set after 'repairing it' there was another new problem developed in the set.There was problem with the microphone.The person receiving the call could not here caller's voice. After 2 days I again deposited the set with the service centre.
Now it has gone more than 2 months and I haven't got my set repaired yet. When asked to replace the set, they showed their helplessness.
I have spent Rs 6300 for this set. God knows when will I get my set back though I need it very badly.
Dear Sir/Madam,

I Purchaged FLY 2040L mobile set from The Mobile store in connaught place, New Delhi on 26th Feb at a cost of Rs.4349.

from a very first day itself the phone started giving problem. I got it checked from Mobile store and they refused to help out in any way & just said that fly only would do the needful. the shop is no more responsible for the product once it sold out.

I sent 5 time the set with my boy to the service centre Nehru but they have refused to replaced the phone and till day my set position is same & i am not using since 05 month back.

I really cheated by FLY with regard to the product bought. These foreign companies get into India and cheat the citizen by selling these kind of product.

I am salaried person & can not keep affording to by other cell phone. And also the mobile store is cheating consumers by prompoting such gadgets which are not performing well in the market. They are also not helpful incase of any complaints.

Hope this report will help in either replacing my cell phone of giving me full refund.

I p karunakar rao holdering your fly company mobile i.e. SX200 model, and i feedup with your compay mobile fly SX200, already i went to your branch office at Ameerpet, AP, concern person Mr.Kishore, he told that you give to service centre at nampally, hyderabad, AP after 12 days they also cannot rectify the mobile problem, again service people send my mobile to Delhi Head Office service to rectify the problem, till now there is no status with me, when shall i expect my mobile, i am facing lot of problem with out handset. i would like to forward you the details of my mobile handset for ur ready reference
