[Resolved]  Fly Mobile — feeling of cheated by company

I bought fly mobile Model V90 just 3 months ago.I send it for repairing at customer care centre twice.And once i receive phone after 17 days. and once after 9 days.And once again there is a problem .Phone automatically switch off .I have to restart it after every 3 minute.I can use it only as paper weight.I m from middle class family and working as a tutor for 50 rupee a day and they cheated me with 3800 rupee.What should i do?please help me

dear sir,

last month i brought a mobile(FLY E105. S.no08062544 . 28om and IMEI no[protected] with the name of sherry bhandari) from hot spot jalandhar punjab india but after one week my mobile get some problem so i go to the service center provide by your company which address is (computer vision 1floor gulati complex near citi cable nakodar road jalandar city) and they give me the slip and said you can take your mobile after one week when i go after a week they said me your mobile is stolen by our employee(ritu) and she was left from the job but please suggest me what i have to do now i want to get back my mobile please do the needful asap

other wise i have to take some strike action against your company as well. i hope from your side will give me positive reply .

This is to inform you that my mobile model nos flysx210 being purchased from M/s Cell Point, visakhapatnam on dt.7th may 2008 for which due recipt of the same has been acknowledged by the dealer.

Due to mis handling the touch facility was spoiled when reported to the authorized service centre m/s ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD, on dt. 29.9.08 it was told that the LCD was broken, after assigning the call no:vzg-fl-001322/2008- RTB, Till date the instrument is not yet ready after repeated reminder every day.

The present problem is stated to you, regarding the service centre the problem stated by them is that the spares are not available please call to fly regional office which after calling to Mr. Kishor Babu, the process by him worth nothing, again he diverted me to Mr. Ashutosh, New Delhi, after having the conversion with him the problem was not at all rectified due to indefinite lack of spare parts.

Now I am helpless, with all this conversion, atlast I approached you with my problem, if the same is continued again with your end, I will be forced to apply a petion against your company in the Consumer Forum reg the service and the product details and the assurance which was given to me at the time of purchasing the mobile. My dead end for your company will be a week time after that all the invoices manual details of mobiles will be petioned against the court of law for cheating the customer by giving the wrong information and selling the product without any services.

The legal action taken by me will be solely responsible by your company, any how it will be seen that your company will pay the total loss and the expenditure incurred by me regarding communication, traveling charges, stationery with court fees.

Respected Sir,

I brought a mobile(FLY E100. with the name of Anil Grover) from M/S MATRIX TELECOM, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092, India ( copy of bill provided by me to the authorized dealer at the time of repairing)but after one16 week my mobile get some problem so i go to the service center provide by your company which address is (Aura Telecom services (P) Ltd., 41-A, Main Road Kalkaji, New Delhi on 10/2/2009wide Service Job number-3555 ) and they give me the slip and said you can take your mobile after one week when i go after a week they said that we send your mobile to the company, because it's have a white screen problem. You have to wait for two or three days. After near about today i never received my mobile from your company. I am not satisfied with the services of a reputed company like yours.
you are requested to make it clear to me that the said mobile phone is laying with the company or no components are available to replace with the company.
you are requested to informed me by email or personnel contact about my mobiles complaint.
your company is able to do this job or not, if not you have to return the amount spend by me for this product.
from last more then one month i was harassed by your company and service centers.
you are again requested to inform me about my mobile phone as early as possible
if no response will be given by you in the appropriate time i am sorry to say i have to file a case against your company in the court of law in the consumer court.
In that case your company has to pay the cost of product as well as the amounts spend by me to precede this case in the court of law.
i expect prompt action by you to find out the causes for delay and try to deliver the same mobile phone in running condition to me.

Delay & Misguide by the Custmer care Centre

My self Dharmvir Singh, I had Fly Mobile (HT-1 HUMMER).
I was facing problem with the mobile that its keypad butten was not working so i submitted phone to your service centre, "AURA TELECOM SERVICES PVT.LTD" M-92, 1ST FLOOR, MUNIRKA MARKET, NEAR AGGRAWAL SWEET, ND-67 on 04 july 2009. I haven't got my phone back till date. it has been more than 39 Days allready. i have asked to costumer care ([protected]) many times but everytime they say "we need some time" i don't know why this is being so late.i am in troublem because of this. please help me how i can got my phone back.

I have purchased a mobile set DS 500 from m/s CELLTEL Coimbatore on[protected].Suddenly the touch screen was not functioned.Ihave approached m/s SRK Micromobiles coimbatore and filed a complaint.They have registerwd the complaint under serial no1435.From the information sought unerstood that M/sSRKMobiles are the authorised customer service agent for fly phones .
So far the defect is not rectified .When contacted Iwas told tI request yuo to send thr required part to the service person.if the deal hat the touchscreen strip was not supplied to service personnel.Irequest yuo yo to cooperate or else Imay have to approach legal forum
I have purchased a mobile set fly mc 160. from m/s MARUDHAR MARKETING CHANOD VAPI.on11.01.2010.Suddenly the touch screen was not functioned.Ihave approached m/sMARUDHAR MARKETING VAPI. my phone automatic locked on 24.02.2010.i am used the bsnl simcard (PREPAID). in my mobile not accepted the bsnl GPRS.my mobile is in my hand.but the fly mobile tracker was send message for in another mobile( PAY ATTENTION ONE PERSON IS USING YOUR FLY MC160 MOBILE PHONE.MCC:405, MNC:06;LAC:2428; CELLID:40721). I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THIS MESSAGE . PLEASE ACCEPET MY COMPLAINT AND CLEAR THIS PROBLEM. I ENJOY YOUR FLY MC160 MOBILE.

Dear Sir,



I had purchased this handset model V170 on 24-06-10 from Gaurav Tele-Plaza, Madhu Vihar, Patparganj, Delhi. Same set developed some cracks within 7 days o[censored]se. We were told to go to service centre where we were informed to pay Rs. 400/- for the screen as it is not covered under warranty. We had deposited the Handset on 11-07-10 to Suri Telecom (IMEI No. – [protected]) for repair. I have been desperately following up with them but always told that they have not received the damaged screen. Today, after more then 2 months they gave me telephone no[protected] to check about status of screen. We spoke to Mr. Chamnesh on this number and to our surprise Mr. Chamnesh told that handset is already delivered to us as per status available with them.



This is really unfair and illegal on part of Fly if they say that handset is delivered to consumer without delivering. This may lead to misuse of handset.



We feel “Fly” the new handset supplier in India should give excellent customer service so that customer should feel proud of having your handset. Kindly let us know exact status of our handset and when can we get our handset duly repaired ???

fly mobile company — Cheated by Service Centre or Fly Phone company

I purchased FLYB430 6 month before and i was getting charging problem in this set and i got a service centre address service centre from fly online site and i submitted that phone . After some time they return my phone but after 15 to 20 days i was getting again same problem and again i submitted that phone. Few days after i collected my phone from service centre. I faced that charging problem again and today i went again to service centre but they shocked me to say that this phone was tempered , I discussed their managment but no result i told him how is it possible i came this service centre 3 times for the same problem but they are not able to solve this problem . I think may there is a problem with Service Centre or Fly phone. So who Is the culprit, Company or Service Centre.
