[Resolved] Flyking Courier — Non receipt of consignment(courier) | |||
I Ajay Kumar Yadav had send a courier on 20/09/2010 by Flyking Courier from Dalli Rajhara Distt- Durg(Chhattisgarh) to Mughalsarai (U.P.)Consignment No[protected].The courier has not reached to the destination till 01/10/2010,when I enquired in the official website of Flyking courier the status of courier it was found that the courier had reached the Varanasi office of Flyking courier on 28/09/2010.My representative (receiver of courier) at Mughalsarai went to Varanasi on 01/10/2010 to receive the courier(Actually it is company ‘s duty to deliver).The owner of Flyking courier office very at Varanasi told to my representative that your courier has been taken by delivery boy since last four days and he is also absent thereafter( from last four days).He gave the mobile number of delivery boy to my representative and told him to make a phone call to that boy.During telephonic conversation that delivery boy said”I will not delivery your courier,if you need it come to my house”.Also he talked very rudly with my representative.The courier consisted of a Religious item(Tabij & Jiutiya).This item was required for a religious work to be done on 01/10/2010,but could not be performed due to non receipt of courier. A consignment was sent for DLW Varanasi through Flyking on 15/12/2012 vide docket no. 40337942.
Every day we are following up but we are only getting only false assurances/ excuses viz:The Courrier boy was unwell, the courrier boy's relative expired, the person who goes to Diesel Locomotive Works Varanasi has the gate pass and so no one else from Fly King Varanasi can go and deliver the same. Till date the tracking position shows.
Now they are not picking up the phone and are asking us to contact their Varanasi counterparts on a land line no which is out of order.
They are not willing to take the responsibility and after threatening legal action at 7:16 PM I received a call from [protected] and was asked to contact Varanasi Branch Manager Mr. Pradeep Jaiswal to obtain resolution if I would still be interested to get my material delivered.
I contacted Mr. Jaiswal who said the same old story and cooked up a new story stating that the materials are already at DLW, RPF could not provide a gate pass today, assured that the pass would be made tomorrow and the material would be delivered in the 1st half by 11 AM.
Such unethical practices are being followed by Fly King quite often. Recently they had been given a consignment for delivering to Eastern Railway Malda. They did not deliver the same to the client for 10 days citing non availability of manpower and asked our client to pick up the material from their office.

Flyking Couriers — Lost of Consignment
Hi,I have been chaeted by "Flyking" courier services. I was supposed to recieve a courier from Muradabad. The office center from the dispatch side says that they have dispatched the courier they have also given me 2 numbers of hyderabad, I called them up then the representative says they have not recieved any courier. After some day again I have called them then they said they have delieverd it, But I have not received it yet. Next day I called up again then they said that "this is not Flyking wrong number".
I don't know what to do now but I want them to be punished because they just lost my courier.
