[Resolved]  Force Motors, Citiline School Bus — Bad after sales service and no cooperation

Address:Maharashtra

This is with regards complaint against Ujjwal Agencies which i suppouse is the only Authorised Servicing Centre in Nashik, had provided us with Poor Quality Service & Performed Repetitive work for the same problem viz the Bosche Pump on the Citiline Mini Bus which is owned by our Education Society named Himalaya Education Society. The same had, instigated the trust to incur substantial expenses for the same work for the past 2 years, on which as per your instructions the Companies Engineer had visited Ujjwal Agencies, Nasik where the vehicle with all the changed parts, and invoices of repairs were produced for his verification and perusal. On the basis of the same it was found out that Ujjwal agencies had performed repetitive work on the same component and it was unable to detect the root cause / detected but purposefully did not correct the root cause of problem with the component so as to extract money from the society by making us bring the vehicle again ang agin for servicing after small small durations. The learned Engineer had himself made us aware of the facts and had agreed to give a report to his senior which he did as learned by us. We wanted the Copy of Report of verification work and lapses found, as we are going to get the work verified from an external agency also so that Authorised Dealer can be brought under legal action to recover the substantial expenditure incurred by the Trust from time to time. We have been repetitively following up with Mr. Bellary DDM (Service). Mr. S. Vijayan - Sr.DM (Service) was also kept in loop but to surprise both the senior officials have not acted nor are willing to help us by forwarding the lapse/ failure report nor any action has been taken against the Authorised Dealer.
Force Motors is aware of the facts and we have been following up for action and awaiting a copy of the report from Force Motors for considerable amount of time now.

Now we would like to state that anyone wants to buy a Force Motors vehicle should think twice as the company is not bothered of their customer complaints on poor service by their authorised dealers.

To,

Force Motors Pvt Ltd. India.

Sir / ma’am,

This is to bring your kind notice that I “Vikas Soni s/o Mr K. L. Soni” has invested in a new business of transportation with a great hope to extend my business further in future. I have chosen and given preference to FORCE MOTORS over Tata & Eicher and purchased a 32 Seat City Line Bus in the month of April’12. We have purchased this vehicle from JUGAL KISHORE COMMERCIAL (YMCA Campus, 13, Rana Pratap Marg Lucknow Uttar Pradesh 226001). (Vehicle Number: UP 34 T 3927, Chassis Number: MC1G4CAA3CP000500, Engine Number: D[protected]

I was very confident that FORCE MOTORS would surely prove my decision right but all was in vain. My confidence and trust has been very soon broken by FORCE Company.

I have paid Rs.9.40 Lakhs for this City line bus and approx 1.50 Lakhs for tender o[censored]PSRTC and vehicle registration/insurance. Entire amount was invested with a hope to get good returns with my new owned FORCE vehicle.

With in 2 months of purchase, my FORCE vehicle displayed various anomalies in overall performance. Point wise details are mentioned below:

· On 16 th June’12 (just after 59 days of purchase with just 10000km), Bus has broken down all of a sudden on Lucknow-Barabanki route in U.P. We immediately reported this to FORCE Service centre. We have been asked to pull the vehicle to service centre where it was confirmed by one of the engineers/mechanics that clutch of our vehicle has burned. FORCE service centre took two and half days in repairing our vehicle and given our vehicle back on 18 th June’12 after repairing clutch.

· Just after two days of repair on 20 th June’12 (with just < 60 km run), bus had again broken down on Lucknow-Barabanki route in U.P. Again immediately we reported to FORCE service centre. We have been again asked to pull our vehicle to service centre where it was again confirmed by an engineer that clutch of our bus has again burned. We were really amazed and surprised that how could new clutch of this vehicle burned only in a journey of <60 km. We had been returned our bus on 22 nd June’12 with a promise that all issues related to clutch has been personally checked and corrected by FORCE service engineer Mr. Aniket ([protected]). This time Mr. Aniket asked us that one of their engineers/mechanics will travel with our driver to check our driver’s driving skills. We agreed on this and an engineer traveled with our driver on very next day but there was no issue with our driver’s skills.

· Just after three days of repair on 25 th June’12, Bus has again broken down on Lucknow-Barabanki route in U.P. Again immediately like our previous actions we reported this to your service engineer Mr. Aniket and FORCE service centre where we had been again asked to pull the vehicle to service centre. It had been again confirmed that clutch of our vehicle has again burned (third time). We had questioned this repeat problem but no one gave us correct answer including Mr. Aniket. We had been returned our bus on 28 th June’12 again with one more promise that few engineers from Pune had repaired our bus this time and their will not be any more issues as every thing has been corrected under supervision of experts from Pune and Mr. Aniket. On this point, our all bills have been stopped by UPSRTC as vehicle was on leave on most of the days.

· Just after 11 days of IIIrd repair on 9 th July’12, Bus had again shown same issues and broke down on Lucknow-Barabanki route in U.P. Again immediately like our previous three actions we reported this to your service engineer Mr. Aniket and FORCE service centre. Again on asking we pulled our vehicle to service centre again as we did previously. Fourth time clutch was again burned and everyone including your service engineer and subject matter expert in your service centre was clueless. We got our vehicle back on 10 th July’12 in evening with same repeated commitment.

· Just after one day on 11 th July’12 (Vth incident), just after 5 km run it again broke down on Lucknow-Barabanki route in U.P which was reported to Mr. Aniket and FORCE service centre. Again same fault was identified which got repaired and bus was returned to us on same evening. This time we asked one of FORCE engineers/mechanics to drive our vehicle instead of our driver for few kilo miters. While driving by company’s driver/mechanic bus has again broken down in a similar way. We have been again confirmed that clutch has burned out. We have again pulled the vehicle to service centre and till the time of writing this letter there was no improvement in situation. Bus is presently at FORCE service centre.

We had already informed the entire situation to Mr. Desai ([protected]) and Mr. Bellary ([protected]) telephonically.

From 16 th June’12 till now, our bus is more in service station rather on streets. In last 27 days it was functional on only 12 days. Due to this we occur a loss of approx 1 lakh. With huge mental trauma and humiliation (pressure created by UPSRTC).

Now UPSRTC is not clearing our bills just because of our bus absenteeism. We owe approx 80 thousand rupees at petrol pump also.

Bank loan installments, driver salary and other expenses are also being born from our pocket. All this came with huge pain, and mental agony.

We have neither purchased this bus for ruining our self nor for mental harassment.

Your trained and skilled engineers are failed to identify and fix this technical issue. Hence we are clueless about this bus future. Kindly fix this technical issue once for all (with written confirmation) or request you to take this vehicle back immediately and compensate our losses.

We are writing this mail with a great hope that urgent action will be taken as mentioned above

No quick / appropriate action would compel us to take legal action against FROCE MOTORS INDIA.

Note: We are being asked to pay bills for above faulty repeated faulty repairs.
