Ford — Horrible service and delay in delivery

Am filing this complaint with lot of angrer because of the poorest service provided by the FORD co Mangalore. Nearly 3 (1/10/2010 )months back we went to the service centre for problem related with door locking,FORD IKON-KA19 Z 8681,Apple red color. Since now dated (5/1/2011) vehicle has not delivered. Initially they said it will cost 24000 and now they are telling 38000 is the bill amount. By this we can make out how much they are taking care of customer service.

Don't buy ford cars for their after service is very bad
I left my ford fiesta for general service at chennai ford at ambattur.They did not even wash the vehicle after the service.I had a new tyre in the boot as spare tyre.After a month after the service, I went to change the tyres at a tyre shop.To my dismay and shock, the spare tyre was already removed and a old tyre was kept in its place.I do not understand why these service centres are so cheap and they make us sick.
