I have bought medicine for weight loss named BIOCAPTOL(New)against invoice No. 372940 . At that time I was committed by company sales people that if there is no weight loss you will get full refund .As there was no weight loss. I have requested for refund, following the procedure , I have sent the original copy of invoice & empty bottles back thru Currier.

But after that neither any body picks up Phone at Customer care nor any one of mails has been responded by them. Need help in getting my money back .
