[Resolved]  France Vita Natura — NO HELPFUL MEDICINE AND NO REFUND THE AMOUNT AS PER CONDITION

Sir,
I am ILYAS PATEL, Bharuch, Gujarat. I Orederd tablets of bromolin (france vita natura at pondicheeri) to loose my weight. I have received parcel of Tablets in first week of May-2010 and i took it as per direction given by you. But there was no change in my weight. So I returned the tablet by India registered post with original invoice, in the last week of May-2010. More than 50 days have been passed and many times I reminded through Emails but I have not received my amount as company have assured in the advertise itself. Before 20 days, Only one Email was received from you that process is going on and shortly money back to me.

Thereafter, Till today I have not received any reply of my 07 Emails nor received my refund amount from you.

I will give press note like "FRANCE VITA NATURA COMPANY SITUATED AT PONDICHERRY IS BOGUS AND GIVE WRONG PROMISES TO PEOPLE AND ATTRACK THE PEOPLE THROUGH WRONG ADVERTISEMENT AND SELL MEDICINES WHICH ARE NOT HELPFUL TO HUMAN BODY AND IT IS VERY HARMFUL TO THE HUMAN BODY ETC." in ESTABLISHED Daily News Paper like "Sandesh", "Gujarat Samachar", "Times of India" etc. as per your types of cost.

I will complain in the Ministry of Health, New Delhi, India before Minister of Health and Family Welfare-Hon'ble Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad, New Delhi.

Also I will complain in the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Bharuch, Gujarat (as per your risk and all type of cost).

You are also requested to send Email Addresses and postal addresses of your Company's Managing Director/Chairmen/General Manager/Secretary/Director etc.

Waiting and Hoping for an early action and refund the amount.
