[Resolved]  Franch Express Network — Non Delivery & Poor Response

Dear Sir,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding Non-Delivery of a Parcel followed by Poor response from the concerned staffs. The Courier service is called Franch Express Network. The parcel had been booked at Shakthivel Agency at Pallikaranai by one Mr.Jegan. The AWB no is [protected]. The parcel had been booked on 10/05/2012 and not been delivered till date. It is ridiculous to hear that it has already taken 6 days where From and To address are within the same city. I request you to kindly take strong action against this Courier Service for their poor service.

FRANCH EXPRESS NETWORK — delay in delivering the courier

dear all
i send a courier in franch express network on 14.07.2012 from periyakulam.
still now they didn't delivered the courier (18.07.2012 ) . it is most emergency one. if i send through post office , it may be delivered. this is the most worst courier service, i have seen in my life
Dear sir, My cousin Mr. Suresh sent me one Cell phone with Charger on 26.10.12 from chennai . The Docket no: [protected] -- MAA355 . It has been delivered to me on 27.10.12 at Hosur. When I opened I got Shocked. The CELL PHONE was missing. Only the charger was there. During Transit somebody / Courier boys have stolen this. immediately I spoke to the Concerned incharge of the Hosur Branch- mr, Ashok ., Krishnagiri Branch incharge Mr.Rajkumar- Cell no: [protected] and Salem incharge Mr, Ayyam Perumal -- Cell No:[protected],
But No Proper responce. These types of things will certinly will spoil the reputation of the courier.
Kindly arrange to get my cell back.
very worst experiance with Franch express ..
Dear All,

We have been regular customer for this courier for past three years(100 ft road, Gandhipuram branch, Coimbatore), it is worth of around Rs.40k to 50k per month and They recruiting an irresponsible people and we are facing continuous delivery issue many times in recent days and we have lost few of our valuable customers because of their worst service.Till now we have not received intimation on one of our consignment which we have sent on 25th April to Hosur.By seeing this poor service we dont want continue with their services. We are planning to change the courier company where we get atleast responsible answers which we have never been getting from franch express.It may be minimum lost for them if this persists they can be nowhere in this industry in coming days.
So kindly choose wise decision while choosing courier service company.
