[Resolved] Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund — Not received folio number of investment | |
I have invested Rs 10000/- in Franklin Templeton smaller company mutual fund (NFO) in year 2006 through Kotak bank, Parle point.Till date I have not received any statement of investment from Franklin Templeton investments.I do not folio number for redemption of investment.My date of birth is 25th August 1966 and Pan card noAFDPK7480C.Please send me acoount statement on given address. I had invested Rs 5000/- through Axis Bank Cheque in the franklin investment in growth in the year Dec 2007 on my wife's name Lalitesh Sharma but till now I have not received the folio no. Once I had contacted your customer care but they also have not given updates on my mobile no. You are requested to kindly inform me the folio no. for further reference.

I no longer get the advice for the quarterly dividend, though direct credit to my bank a/cno.[protected] Canara Bank, Egmore Chennai has been regular including the latest on 08/10/10. Please resume the good customer service of sending these paper advices to those not electronically advised., Otherwise, follow up with our oft erring banks becomes difficult.
