I had made a recharge of Rs 333 using the website "freecharge.in" and selected various coupons out of which only 2 were supposed to be delivered manually by courier and the others were supposed to be delivered to my mailbox immediately. I placed the order on 18 August 2012 and it's 24th today and i still haven't received them. The ORDER ID is 18298684 and the T ID BF[protected].
I request you to look into the matter seriously and find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Also, please provide a helpline number for costumers. It's highly inconvenient if one has to get in touch as your costumer care website - www.freecharge.in/cs is not functional.

Amount Deducted but Not Recharge
My Mobile No is [protected]i recharged Rs.30/-today morning, Amount is Debited in my account but not recharge Ref SBM Transaction ID-BSBM[protected]IG00HIAU08 Pls Clear My Problem Immediately.amount deducted from bank account but recharge not done

15951242 and 14018181. Earlier also this has happened.
On complaining for the id 14018181, I got a reply giving me the tracking number and courier company's phone number (BlazaFlash - Sakid[protected]/71). But that number has never been contactable. And the tracking number is displayed as invalid by the Blazeflash website.
Basically I'm dealing with freecharge and why should I be running after any courier company.
