[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — cut Balance money in account but not get recharge in Phone BSNL

BSNL — Every time cut my money from balance

Hello Sir,

Every time cut my money from balance and sends one SMS for active some services without conformation. This is ridicule this is third time stupid service is apply in my mobile. Please do something other then I am taking some illegal action with my illegal adviser..

mai app kay old costmer hu .evry time phone app ke he co. dobara appna mob. rechage karbata hu magher hamara phone mai say without hamre consant kay hamrya phone par songs or chating activate karkya passa kat laytya hai mai 60 years ka hu mera kona chatting karne ha na song listen karna hai .yeh to coustmer kay sath app ke co thaggi kar rahe hai.420coustmer kay sath.hum app say request kartya hai kay jo hamra passa appkay co. dombara katta gya hai os ko jalde hamaya mob.ile mai dall day takay co. ke image kharab nahu

Freecharge.in — balanced not arrived

Today, i.e., 18 April 2011 i tried recharging for my do co mo number [protected] from the site and following the given step my balance has been deducted but i have not received any recharge whatsoever. I feel cheated and would like my balance to be updated the earliest.
