SUSAI SELVARAJ i BOOKED ONE COURIER FOR MY FATHER BY FRENCH COURIER EXPRESS ON 04.01.[protected]@ SATHYA NO A16750501 & AFTER 7 DAYS I HAD TO CALL THE CAMP ROAD OFFICE OF FRENCH EXPRESS TO INQUIRY ABOUT THE PACKET WHEN I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY PROPER ANSWER THEY TOLD THAT THEY SENT THE PACKET BUT IN DINDIGUL OFFICE THEY DINT HAVE ANY ENTRY OF THE PACKET,I SENT MAIL TO HEAD OFFICE, REGIONAL OFFICE, THE OFFICE PEOPLE SPOKE TO ME IN PROPER WAY NOR THE APOLOGETIC WAY. THROUGH OUT THESE 6 DAYS I DID NOT GET ANY KIND OF CALLS FROM THE COURIER OFFICE FOR ANY DETALS FOR ANY ADDRESS CLARIFICATION TILL NOW SO I REQUEST TO THE CONSUMER FORUM TO TAKE PROPER ACTION REGARDING THIS ISSUE. i my self s.manjula form tirchy amma mandapam . my bankers kotak mahindra have sent me a courier form mumbai untill this date i have not yet recieved .when i contacted your tirchy main office there response is worst.the courier details are as mentioned S02839804.
When i contacted the head offcie manager mr balaendaran [protected] his response was very worst .
This document is very urgent for me . If it is not recieved then i should approach the consumer court for the damages done for me .

I booked a cloth material on[protected] friday at erode to coimbatore, for the purpose of convocation programme held at erode. I am one of the organiser for that convocation But I didn't get that material so for even after finishing that convocation. I spoke that pick-up man so many time. But no responsibility regarding this matter. I request your customer care personnel to speak with your manager. Nobody can speak with me so far. One of our supplier booked courier from CHITHODE to TIRUPUR under ur receipt No.01478847 on 14.01.2012, STILL IT has not yet delvrd. What is use of sending courier.
