This is to inform you that I John Pereira has purchased a fridge on loan File No. DF907674. I was informed the mononthly Pyayment is 1535 but from my Account I have to pay Rs 1678 gets cut from my Account which is incorrect after Enquiring i was informed thet was an insurence made on my name which I was not informed the nominee Name is different I hav no one in my faimly with that name I would be greatfull if the extra money I have being paying get it refunded because I had no information in this regards, Even I have not recived any paper regarding my fridge payment & how many monthes i have to pay please do the need full looking forward for an early reply from your end below are the details

FRIDGE — New LG fridge..cannot close the door

We have purchased a LG refrigerator from E-zone, it’s a Future Group’s electronic retail chain of stores, from there Fun Republic Mall’s shop, Lucknow. in the name of M.A.ENTERPRISE. The Door have a permanent problem it remains open, the door’s closing vacuum/ magnetic mechanism has a permanent problem, that has been identified and declared by LG technician on the receipt, the problem noticed 3 months back and since then we have been running to the shop (E-Zone, Lucknow), chasing LG technician and making hundreds of calls have long conversation with the customer service agents at LC customer care centre but all of no use. We even told them that if the problem not sorted out we’ll file a complain in the consumer forum but that too didn’t made an difference in the attitude of neither E-Zone employees . My refrigerator is still in the warranty period, we are just wondering if the warrenty terms get expired then these people wont look at us, We are helpless, we don’t know how to get our refrigerator’s door or the refrigerator get replace

FRIDGE — Refund cheque

Hi,
We have purchased a Samsung fridge(double door) in the month may from saravana stores tambaram. Next day the fridge was delivered and from saravana stores they told from Samsung people will come for installation.T ill three days nobody has come so we used the fridge.
After a month time we have noticed that fridge cooling is not satisfactory so we have made a call log to customer care. One service person Mr.Anand has visited the house and he adjusted the temperature then too the cooling effect was not there.
Again another service person came and told some other answer it was not satisfactory. After a few conversation with the customer care people they have accepted for refund the amount .
On Nov 16 we have given the declaration and registered for refund. Within a weeks time we received the call that you have exchanged the fridge if you produce the bill for the whole amount we will reimburse the same they have committed.
On dec 1 we have produced the exact bill but till now we didn’t receive the cheque. when ever we call the concern people of Samsung they are telling in transit but the are not refunding the amount.
Being a off season I can go for a better fridge but I cant able to do because they are not refunding the amount.
This create a great stress for us because over money is held up with them.
Kindly look into the issue.

FRIDGE — not working properly

we have been calling lg's call center since last one and half months,they send engineers,who r just not able to repair the fridge.every time we pay for different parts,it works for few hours at times but then back to square one.now we want a quick action.

FRIDGE — Cooling Problem
