[Resolved]  Frooti — Wrost Quality Product-No Quality Check

Dear Sir,

I purchased one of your product FROOTI 1000ML from makket. We serVed the same to our guests & observed black particles in the liquid.

We kept the balance Quantity in Bottle in Refrigerator & observed that
1. the whole black particles were gathered on the surface of the liquid in bottle. The same is still lying with us.
2. Change OF colour of Liquid

After consuming this frooti my family started omitting then we kept this bottle to know the exact problem in your product.


This is a very serious quality lapse in the propduct of the World class organisation as this poision is moving in market without any fear. It seems that there is no quality check in your organisation & all product is passed in market without any testing only they are pasting the level of Quality on the product.If a customer fall ill after consuming this pioson or lost his near & dear who is responsible for losing the human life -- You or Your Bad Quality Product ???
I am giving the details mentioned on the bottle as under :

Kindly depute your team immediately to look into the matter on top priority otherwise I have no option to give these sample to BIS/CMO & AAJ TAK Team to circulate the quality matter in the media as how the world class organisation are working without any quality control & earning the profit with the playing of human life.

I am still waiting for your confirmation & assurance to reply the sample taken by your representatives. Customer interest is secondary & our profit is first In a such condition your organisation is working. The balance bottle is still available with us as a sample to display on Main Markets as a Quality of Your Product. This is really shameful how a world class organisation is manufacturing such worst products for customers who is life taking & lost of family members. A day is not sp far when people will close their eyes from this product then all will awake from their sleep.

Look into the matter on top priority & send the E-mail/Telephone No of your Chairman who is responsible for worst product & copy of the your test report to send the Health Ministry/CMO/Food Inspector & other Govt Agencies for their strict action against such organisation who are playing with the human lives.

I purchased appy fizz tetra pack for my daughter & wife, when they drink & found fungus in her mouth when I checked pack in front of shopkeeper & found fungus in it. I tried to speak your local representative Mr. Rajesh on his cell [protected] but unable to contact him. & then I tried to contact your distributor M/s Bhupindera Sales Agency # 2862, Phase 7, Mohali, Mr. Price on his Cell [protected] but he is not able to answer. Then I tried your customer care No. [protected] from my cell it was engaged & when I tried today form my landline phone it was ringing but nobody pickup & unable to contact you.

when we reach at home my daughter & my wife had vomiting & having headache I immediately rush to General Hospital 16 & got treatment. Look into this matter how can you so irresponsible of public health & what about your testing facility & controlling in your plant.
