Dear Sir/ Madam,
I work in an office in Solitaire Corporate Park. I commute daily from Poonam nagar Andheri East to Solitaire Park Chakala. Everyday the Rickshawala's plainly refuse to go to Soliatire Corporate park, chakala citing that there's Heavy traffic on the route and they do not get return fare from there.
I met with same fate today morning (Date - 4th august 2009 at 9:10 AM) when the driver in Autorichshaw bearing plate number - MH-02 RA 453 rudely refused me to go to Chakala. This is the number of only one rickshaw out of many who simply refuse to go. When confronted him for the reasons of his denial he plainly said that it is his Rickshaw & so he will decide where to go. Even there are no buses which comes to chakala from majaswadi and poonam nagar area. so its very difficult to commute from these areas.
I request you to kindly take strict action against these type of rickshawala's so that common man do not face any problems or set up some rickshaw stand and volunteers to take care of the rickshaws . Strict actions will definitely set up an example and some rules for the rickshawala's.
