[Resolved]  frozen vegetables & frozen processed food — selling defrosted vegetables and prcessed food

I visited Big Bazar on[protected] at 5.15pm in Udupi, Karnataka, Pin 576101 and quite suprised to see the entire items such as french fries, vegetables, parathas, burgers etc. in the freezer were defrosted, they were soggy. I immediately brought to the notice of the manager Mr. Guruprasad. He told that it is fine as it was delivered in that condition from Bangalore and their freezer also not functioning well. He also said that they will be frosted in a while. I insisted that these are not fit to consume as they would be harmful for health. Then he moved them to the adjacent freezer. I wonder if they are sold again. I have also filed a complaint in their complaint register. Please educate your employees about taking care of the frozen food stuff.
