Fullerton staf[censored]ses the abuse language and even the manager is uses the valgar anuage.the name of the executive is MUKESH Cell No[protected]/[protected] and when i asked mukesh his senior number he provided me three time wrong number i confirmed the number by calling them and then i called the manager kalash he tell he know what language he is using and he is right the Mukesh and kalash refuses to give theoffice land line number and there senior branch head Puja, s number also.Kalash tells "office aak ke leja, mere pass to nahi hai or nahi dunga to kya kar lega" this is the way to talk/behave with the customer.i need proper action on it. they are not suppose to talk with me like this

Fullerton India Credit Company Limited — Excess EMI DEducted and delaying refund of Excess EMI deducted

My wife have foreclosed the personal loan with fullertone India , despite of closure fullertone have deducted EMI and now delaying in refund of EMI back. Also when we questioned them to retrurn EMI deducted they are dillidalying the matter .

Salma, As per update on the RPFC website your Claim is settled and payment processed through NEFT on[protected]. Please check with your bank.

In My opinion, Bank mostly cheated in Processing fee+ Loan insurence fee which is not clear before taking loan.
All types of processing fee should be submitted in bank interest rate, so customer get full payment of sanctioned loan.

All bank related compliments, term & conditions should be kept in written, not in verbal mostly for loan. Also Demand all document, s copy at the time of signing,
BUT I KNOW IT IS PRACTICALLY NOT POSSIBLE.

My name is sakthivel.S i have taken a loan amount of 76, 000 from, muggapair branch, the first level of communication from a lady([protected]) sopke to me and informed that will a loan with 17% of interest and when i reached the office i was communicated, its not 17% and they forced and convinced me for 18%, and they dint inform about the processing fee properly, where i was credited with 71, 000, and i was communicated by a consultant that i have to pay 2977 of loan amount for 36 months, and i agreed for that but after a month i got the papers for my loan amount and it indicated that i have to pay loan amount of 2977 for 48 months, still i dint get a time to check with that as im unable to reach my consultant on phone and please help me to clarify on that.
