[Resolved]  Fullerton India Credit Company Limited — Rude Staff, False Promises, arm twisting techniques

I had a loan of Rs. 50000 that was going on with Fullerton from Gurgaon branch Sector 15, Gurgaon (Near MDLR Airlines). I received a call for top-up for which i submitted papers etc..it was passed and I was called to the branch to discuss.
On entering the branch, i was surprised to see how unprofessional, rude and relaxed the staff was. They have no concern that customer is sitting and the kind of language being used will put even a rickshawalla to shame. No details were shared, the scheme knowledge is not there and i was being pressurized to take top-up...when i asked how much do i need to pay for fore-closure, they became all the more rude and made me wait for 45 minutes and finally when they told me the amount (close to 35000), i was told that i cannot get a receipt bcos the person who has the keys is not if office!
when i started my loan, i was told that foreclosure would be easy and i will have to pay less-- its all a bunch of lies..i am sure the cheque i have given is of extra amount….Fullerton India Credit is a company of goons and I would request readers to stay away from these cheats

when u inneed and trap in such situation .. FullertonIndia help to you at that time ... When time passed and you are stand on your legs and you walk in Fullerton to close the loan ...what ever you times being suggest ... .. you have sign the agreement ... you people are not blind ... you enjoy the loan being time period after the proper agreement sign ... and at the time of forclosure U ppl suprised ...Fools people can't be cheated by other person/ company ... theay are cheated by him self ...

False Promises, and huge processing fees:
I had a loan of Rs. 50000/- that was going on with Fullerton from Perambur in papermils road branch. I was trying to reach the branch to check my loan status, and to get the statement, the person who gave me the contact no initially is not responding. Finally i had sent an e-mail to the customercare, Stating that i am going to stop my EMI, and then they respond and replied me and also sent me the Loan Statement. Initially they committed me for 24 installments/months. When i checked the statement it is putting me for 36 instalments/months and i have to pay Rs. 90396/- for taking 50000/-. in this they have taken 5000/- processing charges so i got only 45000/- and also they have told me that the pre-closure charges are 1%, but now they are asking me to pay 5% charges and 10% taxes. Till now i have paid 50220/- and in this the 18000/- only adjusted from my loan and rest of the amount have taken as a interest. For further they are asking me to pay Rs. 35000/-, I wanted to calculate it as 24 months and closed this loan, and for further balance i will pay. Because i am not in position to pay the monthly instalments.

I am suggesting all of you not to go for personnel loan particularly with Fullerton India Credit is a company, because it is of goons and I would request readers to stay away from these cheats.
