[Resolved] Fun Cinemas — misbehaviour and mismanagement | |||
Me along with my friends visited fun cinemas, V3S mall, lakshmi nagar, delhi at around 9:45 pm on 22/2/2012 and booked three tickets for 11:15 pm show of Ghost Rider for the same date through Mr Mohit who was present at the booking counter. we went on time for the movie and entered the hall. The movie started and after around half an hour a representative of fun cinemas came to us and asked for the tickets. After seeing the tickets he told us to leave the premises at once as our ticket is of 9:10 pm show and we have missed that particular show. When we went to the manager Mr. Panna Lal, he was very discourteous and used unpardonable language and told us that we must get out as it is a crime to be a part of the show for which we haven't bought the tickets. we tried to make him realise that after 9:45 pm why will we buy the tickets for the show which has already started a half an hour ago? and asked him to check and show our booking time. But all went in vain when he refused to show us our booking timing and threatened us to leave at once otherwise the security will throw us out. When Asked for a complaint book he simply refused for that and shouted " JO KARNA HAI KAR LO, JAHAAN JAANA HAI JAO". My question is if i have missed a particular show, why was i allowed to enter in another show? Does Fun Cinemas give their employees any rights to abuse their customers and humiliate them? If I'am buying a ticket for a show, is it not a duty of the person who is at the counter to announce my movie and show timing? I would like to lodge a complaint not against Fun Cinemas and their rules and regulations but against the staff who has been appointed as the representative and do not even know how to deal with customers. I regret to say that the experience I have had today with Fun Cinemas directly reflects their callous attitude towards customer satisfaction, and if at all The company cares about its reputation and good will, the staff specially Mr. Panna Lal and his team should be taken under scrutiny and appropriate action must be taken against them. hallo i am dr uzair go to see the movie housefull 2 at 12:25 show i request to give last row but she repaly to me seat are full but in show time i see few seat are left.on booking counter i say i am member of fun cinema and request to see the machine of voucher but she did not repaly and say go to 4 floor and talk to manager his behaviour is not good

1. Despite of 3counters, only one counter is covered by ur staff fr sellin tickets.
2. Ur staff hs developed new sickness of leavin d lights on while d movie is running...n yes, u dnt giv a damn abt ur customers.
3. For reason best known to Satan only..u guys switch off d AC in middle of d movie..what is up wit dat!!???
I took dese complaints to d manager bt even he cudnt say anythn other than stammerin..
U better b ready fr competition
