[Resolved] Fun Cinemas — Money not credited back to account even after the movie screening was cancelled. | |||
I had booked tickets for KItes for 22nd May ( Sat 4.30 PM show - 4 tickets Total amount Rs 1420). The booking was done on 20th May. The order ID is 1738584 and Booking ID is 1269765. SInce during that time, in Bangalore, There were protests against screening KItes movie in more than 21 theatres, the show was cancelled. I had gone to the theatre to confirm the same. The Fun Cinemas executive, orally confirmed that the money will be credited back within the next 7 days. But it has been one and a half month since then and no money has been credited. On asking them, the staff replied, that the show was no cancelled. I do not have any written confirmation / mail so that I can show the same to them. This is unacceptable behavior from Fun Cinemas. I have been a regular visitor to Func Cinemas till now. Hence forth I owe to never go to Fun CInemas. For a company which does not have ethics, I strongly recommed all of you to be careful of the same. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had gone to the Fun Cinmeas Bhopal to confirm the same. The Fun Cinemas executive, orally confirmed that, since the booking ID is not generated the money will be credited back within the next 7 days. But it has been one and a half month since then and no money has been credited.
I enquired from ICICI bank. Bank Executives informed me that the amount is credited to fun cinemas account.
Sir please help me to refund the amount of Rs. 875/- from fun cinemas, Bhopal.
