[Resolved]  Furniture Bazaar — Fungus and deformation of material

Dear Sir,
I am 'Mr.Anuj Varma' (anuj.[protected]@gmail.com) addressing this matter as complaint against seller.
There has been dirty fungus on the 2 Nos. of wardrobe that we purchased from Furniture Bazaar on 11/01/2009. Since beginning we have been complaining to company that the material gets deformed and there appears fungus in the surface everywhere (inside / outside). This is a serious health hazard to family members and after so many repeated attempts to request the seller to fix the issue, now they say that warrenty is void.
We made complaint on the next month of the purchase which was attended but the problem didn't resolve.
In their "Terms of Sale" point about FUNGUS is no where mentioned and it is purely a material quality defect.
