[Resolved] Furniture Bazaar — NO DELIVERY

I had purchased a Silver OAK Bed Dark Brown from Furniture Bazaar - Mani Square Kolkata on 15th of August 2010 happily made the paymnet and the manager and everyone assured me that it would be delivered on the 1st of September 2010.

I called up on the 1st and was advised by Mr Rahman there that they are shifting Godown and it would be delayed but assured me that they will call me back in an hours time to update , no calls received i am still making several calls to them none of them have been answered neither they are bothered to get back to me to tell me about what is going on my reapeated calls to the manager goes un answered as he is not in the floor most of the time...His Mobile number is [protected]..Mr Soumodip..he does not bother to advise whats going on and most of the time is not anwring the call.......Please DONT buy any stuff from Furniture Bazaar because they have ridiculous customer service,Thanks

We booked one Sofa Set for Rs.35000/- from Furniture Bazar of Mani Square on 5th September and made an advance payment of Rs.6000/-. They assured us categorically that the sofa will be delivered positively by 15.09.10. But, on enquiring, now they are telling that they dont have any stock of the same in Kolkata and it has to be brought from their Mumbai godown. Now the same is in transit and it will take another 15 days time to reach Kolkata. Hence, they wont be able to give delivery of the sofa before the month end.

So, our first experience with Furniture Bazar in Mani Square Mall is very bitter and would request people that in case of any booking, please first be assured of their delivery and dont make any advance payment.

The service from Future bazaar is pathetic.people working out there is really of no help.I would advise no one to ever purchase anything from Future Bazaar(mani Square).
I had never seen a worst company than this before.
Horrible customer service and new excuses everytime for not delivering on time.
Is there any place or number where i can take any action on them.

I agree. The service is horrible and extremely bad quality products. I am suffering since last 1 year after purchasing furnitures from the same store.
