Hi,
I have bought "New Alpha Wallunit 6003 Cherry" from furniture bazaar, Chinchwad, Pune.
After sometime I have noticed that one panel of the same has started bending from the middle. I made a compliant on 02nd Oct 2010 to Furniture bazaar people and till date whenever I follow up I get the same reply that we are following up for stock and once we receive the stock we will replace it...
Its more than a month since I am follwoing up but no proper response from their side...

Furniture Bazaar — poor servicing
Very bad service of furniture Bazar. There was suddenly glass breakages of my book shelf. It could have resulted accident of 2 years child who was playing nearbye. The incident has happened around 15 days back. Till the glass has not been replaced. They even do not pick up the phone now.Avesh Raut
