[Resolved]  G E Countrywide — issue of NOC for removal of hypothecation

I have taken loan for the below mentioned vehicle from Maruti Countrywide Financial Services and the same has been repaid in Dec 2008. I have still not received the NOC for cancellation of hypothecation.

When approached today on call centre no[protected], it has been insisted that The M D of the Company should talk for the same. With due respect to the security reasons, when the other details can be provided, it is not expected that M D of the Company would talk for getting the hypothecation of car cancelled.
This should be treated as urgent and we would like you to send cancel the hypothecation cancelled immediately.
