[Resolved] Gas — delay delivery

I have faced this problem several times. I book refilling of cylinder with my gas Agency JAYA GAS AGENCY 6/2 NOORJAHA COMPLEX CUDDALORE ROAD, PANRUTI, CUDDALORE DISTRICT, TAMILNADU ON [protected] . They told after 20 days we ll devlivery. but till now they dont give the cylinder.Daily i followed the gas agency and i ask what about cylinder, they told tommorrow we ll give that.. Im not only have this problem more than 20 people (daily) shouting at the gas agency.what they do? at the same time they do not give proper answer ?..some times the gas agency told " UR BILL IS PASSED I ll inform to delivery boy" ..please take the necessary action...immediately... this is rural area. the daily wages people is lose the one day work and standing in the gas agency office.. I have booked the cylinder via customer no. 69488, from B.P Agencies, Kowdiar Service Station, on[protected]. But till date we are unable to get the cylinder. kindly deliver the same as priority basis. But they are refusing the same.

You are requested kindly clarify why this type of behaviour is showing by Indane dealer only ? Why you are not taking any action towards the dealers ?

You are requested take strick action against the above mentioned Dealer.

I have booked the cylinder via customer no. 6832, from Revathy Agencies, Medavakkam Chennai 600100. On 28-09.2008. But till date we are unable to get the cylinder. kindly request you deliver the cylinder immedialely. I contact the agencies for a long 10 days. but there is no response.

You are requested take strick action against the above mentioned Dealer.
